I was just there not long ago at the St. LAURENT food court. The time was around 4:30 Aug 13 2025. I ordered the chicken Slovaki meal. The girl that took my order was very rude. She put too much dressing on my salad. I asked her to remove it. She told me it's not possible. She asked me if I wanted the salad or not with absolutely no mannners.I responded no. Then She aggressively threw it in the garbage beside her...and ignored me amd moved on to the next customer like i wasnt even there. Not nice at all. JIMMY THE GREEK DO BETTER.

Hello all. What an unfortunate experience at this restaurant. I ordered a regular grilled chicken plate asked for all dressed. Here come the person preparing the food to put 2 x black olives on my plate so I politely asked if I can get some extra olives please, he then put one more single olive on my plate! I asked for more and he said it's extra charge, I asked how much for how many olives? He replied $1.65 for 5 more olives. I have never experienced a bad customer service. I hope no one to experience this but at the same time I hope this is useful for all...

Food quality is going down here and the cashier decided to add his own tip and put it in to the final total hoping I don’t notice .

I must say today my interaction with one of the staff members from St Laurent Jimmy the Greek was a complete disaster. We were three customers wanting to purchase food. It was close to 3:00 pm. The lady serving us seemed somewhat annoyed. I asked for a few extra black olives. She said she was only allowed three per plate. I explained that at a former time I mentioned this to Jimmy the Greek owner. He said he would look in to it. Today I realized he just provided me lip service. Now going back to the lady server; she become irritated when I insisted on being served a few extra black olives. She blew her stack. She told me I was rude. She told another server beside her that she was not going to complete the 3 orders. I said good as I did not want her to continue the discord. She then said that we were not to be served. An assistant manager came to speak with my husband and she explained what Jimmy the Greek's serving policies are. His staff must abide by his policies. My husband suggested the lady server drop her ranting. Her service was extremely lower class. We left and Jimmy the Greek lost close to $100.00. My question Mr. Jimmy is how much money would you have lost today by serving me 5 olives instead of 3?
