Just came to buy a chicken souvlaki meal; there were two kebabs left…my partner and I took them for our meals but they were ice cold. I went back to tell the staff; seeing that the new batch of chicken souvlaki came out fresh and steaming after we walked away….I let the staff member know how cold the chicken was and the risk of selling/eating cold chicken. I asked him if the meat was over 180 degrees Fahrenheit. He got ignorant really quickly- pointed at his certificate from the city and told me to stop arguing with him AKA me speaking respectfully to him. As the gaslighting continued he told me to go to the family washroom to heat up my food🤯! I wonder if my skin color being black played a factor in his ignorance…but if a normal person wouldn’t eat in a washroom, why would I heat my food where another person defecates and urinates ????

The girl was so rude because I didn’t know what type of platter I wanted like that was the most horrible experienced I’ve ever had all because they were about to close like you never know what people are going through so watch how you talk to people. I’m disappointed in this service plus it’s in the food court and she got rude with me because I wasn’t sure what I wanted and she didn’t even add the things I wanted in my salad and she just got extra smart instead like no one likes a smart mouth just be nice and be kind.

Rude staff. Ordered 2 chicken souvlaki plates. Staff member dropped 2 pieces of the chicken on the counter that she scooped up and put back on our plate. Had the nerve to get mad at us when we said we wouldn't eat that. Dirty and unprofessional.

The staff here are rude and do not listen to customers. Had to have them redo my gyro after neglecting the ingredients I asked for and they did it wrong twice! And 6 employees behind the counter and not a single one of them was polite to customers?

Purchased both the chicken brochette and the lamb meal on several occasions The price for the chicken brochette is $14.99 plus taxes and the lamb dish $16.99 plus taxes. I asked for a few more olives today and the server told me there would be an extra charge! They served me three olives! The food quantity is restricted and my chicken brochette was dry.
