If I could give this place zero star that is what they'd get. I bought chicken souvlaki and noticed the server using the same tong on the potatoes, chicken and some kind of meat that was beside the chicken. I only eat chicken so I was grossed out that he was using the same tong on all 3 items, so I asked if he could use a clean tong to serve my potatoes and chicken. He said he'd go wash one of the tongs (why couldn't he just get a clean one?) but another worker came and said something, as well as someone I presume to be the Chef who came to put out more chicken. Despite asking again and all 3 of them clearly hearing me, the server still used the same tong to serve the chicken and potatoes. I decided not to make a scene as there was a line up. But when I came home I could not eat the food knowing what I'd seen so it went right in the trash.... 0 stars for customer service and 00 stars for food safety.

I had a fantastic experience at Jimmy the Greek! The food was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. The souvlaki was perfectly seasoned and grilled, the rice and potatoes were delicious, and the tzatziki was creamy with just the right amount of garlic. Everything tasted authentic and homemade.

The service was quick and friendly, and the staff made sure everything was to my liking. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get.

If you’re craving Greek food, Jimmy the Greek is definitely a place worth visiting. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Ordered a 20$ chicken fillet platter just to come in scanty amount with the food being extremely stale, and the chicken tough and chewy. Extremely disappointed! Do not recommend

Ive taken to accountant that this food is especially exquisite in the mall!! it is best eaten in the mall and has amazing service and all staff are king and nice!! I heard that this is the food that children these days would hype over!! Definitely recommend, my children are extremely loving this food!! I will come back for more food or order this!

I loved the customer service and the employees were really sweet too! I definitely recommend the chicken fillet meal if it’s your first time visiting here!!! Totally would recommend jimmy the Greek Bayshore quantity and quality served right!

I stood there for a while and the guy didn't even acknowledge me. He kept walking into the back. When he finally did, he said hello and the went on his phone and walked away. Totally unacceptable customer service.

The food was okay, but the portion size was extremely disappointing. What made the experience worse was the staff—their attitude was unprofessional and rude. I left feeling upset and frustrated. This kind of service is completely unacceptable.
