Let my just say this is BY FAR the BEST JOEYS in all of Ottawa, from the food to the service. Our server Maleah reminded us why we prefer to come to Joeys Lansdowne compared to Joeys Rideau. Their is a certain level of ambiance that Joeys Lansdowne give us that Joeys Rideau can not. The moment we arrived we didn’t wait too long to be seated and was greeted by our lovely server Maleah who served not only great service, but attitude she always had a smile on her face and overall great energy to be around. She consistently checked on our group and did not forget or pry over shoulders, she let us vibe out while still making sure we had placed our drinks and orders. As long as she’s there, I WILL be coming back! Thank you Maleah

I attended a family dinner at Joey Lansdowne last night. The service was poor as we waited at least 20 minutes to get our drinks after giving the server our order. The restaurant was half empty so it's not like they were super busy. We ordered some apps and once they were finished no one came by to take away our dishes, cutlery or drink glasses. Two of the entrees ordered were served cold and we had to return them. I ordered the chicken parm ($34) and the spaghetti was not very warm .After a few bites the noodles were cold. I felt like my dish was something you would get at East Side Mario's (Italian fast food). Not impressed seeing Joey is considered upscale dining. I will not be returning any time soon.
