I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food was mediocre at best, but what really stood out was the poor service. Our waitress, Dephne B, was rude and barely attentive. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than guests. Definitely not a place I’d return to or recommend.

The music, the energy, the food.. pressed salmon sushi highly recommend. Vik was so sweet. I paired the sushi with a glass of the white cuvee- divine. Came and enjoyed a solo date, highly recommend this location. From the minute you walk in the hostess Rachel welcomes you and makes you feel so invited. The whole team is very friendly. Seamless visit.

Do not go to this location. The service is garbage, the food is disgusting and cold, they don't fill drinks to the top they kill the ice and if u ask for less ice they give you less drink... I'm sorry for $14-18 per drink that is absolutely ridiculous. Lansdowne location is 1000% better drinks, better quality food, better service and u don't sit there listening to servers talk about their personal life and drama out loud with each other. Do your job... I know how strict Joey's is with staff and this was the 3rd bad experience we had at this Rideau location.
