The wait staff was excellent. She talked directly to my grandchildren and did not ignore them.
The food was so good. I hardly had enough room to finish it all.
I will definitely go back
Parking: In an outside mall. Plenty of parking available
Kid-friendliness: Very kind to my grandkids
Wheelchair accessibility: Parking available big doors, but maybe a tight squeeze while waiting to be seated. Also not a clear view for staff to see customers as they come in if there is no host/hostess on duty. The location at the front would not allow a person in a wheelchair to be seen

Service was good, staff was friendly. Food is nothing to write home about, but price was fair.

Went with our kids on a Saturday for dinner.
We ordered a spinach dip as a starter. It was phenomenal. Most Spinach dips are pretty standard, but this one had a hint of Dill and I was skeptical at first, but I'm here for it. Awesome app.
Kids ordered nuggets and a burger.
Chicken was good, burger was OK, a little dry, Lettuce on the burger was super gross. Fries were ok.
For our mains we had a chicken wrap and a chicken Parm. The wrap was OK except for the fact they bake it after it's made, which overcooks the Lettuce and makes that super gross. Came with sweet potato fries and they were kind of soggy.
The chicken portion of the chicken parm was good. The spaghetti it came with was bland. The sauce was clearly from a can and it was super watery.
Service was OK, a bit slow and it wasn't even that busy.
Overall, if 3/5. More of an appetizer place than a meal place. The spinach dip is really what saved my rating.

Friendly waitress, but we sat for quite time and finally had to ask for the bill. Messy Breakfast was okay. Used to have sausage in it...just little pieces of bacon now.

Went there for my birthday and they forgot only my order as I sat and watched everyone else eat was getting up to leave before the staff even realized and new it was my birthday never checked on us once took over an hour just to get a fruit platter for my kids that I ended up canceling because they said the breakfast would be coming and then waited another 20 minutes to get our cold breakfast so his place is terrible and the staff blames the customer for their mistakes even got rude with my 83 year old grandmother because she ordered a bagel with her eggs expecting it to be white came brown and their response was they don’t serve white bagels but never informed her when she ordered the meal absolutely worst experience for breakfast in Ottawa by far but if you like cold food and terrible service please go

Awesome spot with a great menu and fair prices. Solid ambiance and excellent service. Without a doubt the best pub in the south of Ottawa. Staff are great and the establishment appeals to all. Peter the bartender is spot on with his service every time. A true professional who keeps us coming back. Highly recommend for a quick pint, team function, or a nice meal.

This restaurant is conveniently located for residents of Ottawa South, offering a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options. We visited as a group of three families for Saturday brunch and were seated promptly. While the atmosphere could use some improvement—perhaps it's livelier in the evenings—the quick arrival of the kids' meals was a lifesaver in curbing their hunger. Our waitress was both friendly and entertaining, adding a pleasant touch to the experience.
Vegetarian options: Not many vegetarian options available.
Parking: Tons of parking available

Bar has no ambiance, uncomfortable interior. Food quality is average at best. Terrible staff "service." Off-duty staff females sit at bar loudly droning on with left-wing politics/housing unaffordability, totally disrupting paying customers enjoying quiet drink/watching TV. When challenged, bartender "Phil" totally incapable of acting impartially or professionally and blames paying customer. I would hire none of the three staff I saw, all are a liability to a business. Avoid this bar.
