I always supported local businesses and I tried my best to share positive reviews. But today as an exception I will share an unfortunate review about Juice Dudez.
I visited both locations very often for several years and introduce them to many people by taking my friends to them. Their staff were always friendly and we were enjoying our time.
They advertise that they are using 100% fruit juices on social media and the last visit we wanted to try a juice. I have a medical situation and I can not consume sugar over a certain dose. The staff also supported the claim that there are no sugar additives.
We trusted them and started to drink but it was too sweet. After couple of sips we were sure that there is a lot additive sugar in it.
We contacted them and they confessed that they are adding 2% sugar. They offered replacement drink but why we would travel to their shop again. We were expecting at least apology and a refund. They did not apologize and I left a Google review. But they left a very rude response on the review with telling a lie with accusing us a liar.
It is a very bad practice to slander your customers. Simple apology would save you from rudeness and keep your life long supporter customer.
I recommend owner to keep the video records of the purchase , because he will need it.

I’ve been going to juice dudez for over a year now, and mango dude has been my favourite drink!! Topped with dry fruits and ashta, it makes for a really refreshing, lovely drink!
This time I tried the kunafa mango pudding, but was off put by it unfortunately. Wouldnt order that again, but the mango dude and crepes are so good! 🥳

Juice Dudez is one of the most unprofessional spots I’ve ever ordered from. The drinks are completely watered down, lack any real freshness, and are way overpriced for what you get. The owner clearly has no experience running a business, and it shows in both the product and the service. The packaging was messy, and delivery took longer than expected. Honestly, I have no idea how this place even got a license from the city. Definitely wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here.
