First off, the greeting at the front was nil and the host staff needs to get some people skills. We were seated by the kitchen doors and server station when there were other more comfortable tables available. We had a reservation. Then we were ignored/forgotten for quite a while until a lovely Ann(e?) asked if her colleagues had approached us about drinks or anything and we said no. She took our order and continued to buzz around, non stop. She's definitely an asset to the restaurant and is holding the place together. It took the food a while to arrive, and it was warm at best. The chicken Cesar wrap was good, fries would have been better if they were hot. The pricey beef tenderloin was extremely fatty and not enjoyable. Pasta was good as was the flatbread pizza. Getting our bill was very slow. Environment was extremely loud with music and voices. The only saving grace was Ann(e?). Kelsey's has some work to do with their young staff.

My group comes every Thursday for wings night and Alicia is often our server. She is very kind and attentive and always makes us feel welcome! We continue coming back because we know Alicia will provide us with excellent service. She is so wonderful and always has a smile on her face.

Came for couple drinks and food and literally had to wait super longer to get the drinks. I am sure there was enough staff but literally no one at the bar. Had to remind twice and still didn't get served. This is one of the worst service I had ever had. Thought of having a good experience as it was my first time here.

Family and extended went for dinner. Matt our waiter is the best and the manager should be aware of this. He’s friendly, courteous and cheerful. Burgers were good however the fries were nothing to write about; it tasted like the typical frozen fries, very bland. Me and another fam member had the steak sirloin and blue cheese pasta; very good. I loved the steak sirloin, it was BBQd perfectly!
Atmosphere wasn’t bad; a bit noisy with all the TVs by the bar we had to talk over the TVs a bit when having conversations.
All-in-all, if it weren’t for Matt; it would have been a different experience.

Sedra was the host on duty when me and my 6 kids and hubby went out for a nice supper and she was fantastic! My kids are the type to run around and be noisy , but she made it enjoyable for the kids as soon as we got in we were greeted with a HELLO! And she allowed the kids to pick some toys (which really distracted them and I enjoyed my glass of wine in peace) well done!
