We went in with our baby (in a stroller) as we were shopping nearby, and when we walked in, the host did not even attempt to greet us. Instead, she went to whom seemed to be a manager and pointed towards us, while then he mentioned out loud that they can't have strollers inside. While this is very understandable, our experience was nothing but upsetting, not for the fact that we couldn't bring the stroller in, but because both of those individuals lacked to acknowledge us. A simple greet and tell us to wait a minute while she finds out how to accomodate us, would have been sufficient. We would have been more than happy to bring the stroller back to the car, and simply sit our baby with us, but they made us feel super uncomfortable, and not welcomed at all. Do better! Parents are already so tired all the time, we don't have energy to be going places that lack simple customer service skills. Thankful we did not spend our money at this place.

crazy to say, i’ve been coming to this exact kelseys since 12 years ago!!! it amazes me my fave meals i order and the quality has been the exact same, if not even better over the years!!!! every single item we ordered was delicious, fresh, clean & the most important: generously portioned !!!! just amazing. the best waitor here is RICK G! what a guy. constantly checked on us & didnt judge our overly huge order of food for 2 people??? hope he serves us everytime we go!! thanks for a great meal.

March 6. I visited for the 1st time in years for their balsamic chicken. The wait staff was great! We had to wait quite awhile for it though. When it finally came, it was cold. That was very surprising. When the waitress asked how the food was, I mentioned the food temperature. She apologized & I thought no more of it. But after a few minutes, the manager came over & apologized also. He said he "took care of it" which I wasn't clear about but I told him I appreciated him coming over. He even said to let him know if there was anything else he could do or that I wanted. Wow! I was impressed. He ended up removing the cost of my food & I only had to pay for my drink. It was a pina colada which happened to be the best I ever had. Kudos to kelseys & their care! In all my experiences in restaurants, stores etc, this was def the best! I wish I'd gotten the name of the manager. Good on u, sir!

We’ve always had very good service and food but on our last visit we had a “minor” medical issue. Brittany and Scott jumped into action and we were so well taken care of. They both had first aid training and just blew us away with how knowledgeable and attentive they were. That’s the place to be if you want great service & food, and happen to need some medical assistance ;) WOW! Thank you!

We all ordered wings. Unfortunately, all of our wings were extremely salty. We asked for plain wings and that was also very salty. The server was wonderful and they the best she can do based in the situation
My friend and I had dinner this evening. When we entered the restaurant, a large group of young people were celebrating a birthday. They were exceedingly loud but we thought they would settle down. The noise continued as diners kept leaving and was so loud I couldn't hear what my friend was saying. We were dining in a separate area. Finally my friend was upset and yelled at them to be quiet. The manager stepped in and politely asked them to keep the noise down. This behavior is totally unacceptable especially when they had the audacity to give the manager a bad review. I've never experienced anything like this at a restaurant. I blame the parents of these entitled, rude teenagers for their bad attitudes. At a time when restaurants are struggling to keep alive, they do not need self-indulgent teenagers not taking responsibility for their behavior and giving out bad reviews. I thank th

Two of our party arrived on time and were comfortably seated by the hostess who assured us she would watch for the third member of our party, who we knew would arrive late due to a snow squall. Despite the restaurant not being busy our third member, who asked for our reservation by name, was seated alone and told we had not arrived, by the same hostess. We were exceedingly disappointed in our meals, except for the fish. The food was ho-hum, very small portions, presented in a very bland manner. Again except the fish. We enjoyed our dessert. Foremost in our experience we had a cheerful, pleasant, attentive and helpful server. Our meals looked nothing like those pictured in the restaurant's menu. We found little to nothing for vegetarian food choices. And we found little variation in your pricing. Your economy choices providing half size portions for 75%, made little sense. We were celebrating a Family Day Dinner and were disappointed not only in the meals, but the also by the blatant promotion of alcoholic specials offered thru the week, which didn't compensate for the over priced food. And finally the male member of our party found no hand towels available in the washroom; an emergency ‘out-of-towel'sign made no sense when one's hands are soaking wet and slippery! And this poor washroom maintenance occurred in the afternoon of a very uncrowded restaurant. The totally enjoyable aspect of our visit was our table server. He was efficient, cheerful, helpful and personable. Top marks. Overall we are unlikely to return after this exceedingly disappointing experience. Thank you for offering this survey.
