Bagel dog is not what used be. No more kernatzle. You get a hot dog. They don't even offer an all dressed bagel. Cashier didn't even know what it is.

This is just the rate on food as we had it delivered via Uber Eats. We ordered 2 types: BLT and Cubano. Cost was 47$ with tip, delivery and fees. Both showed up cold, had very little on the bagel itself, lacked flavour and clearly the person making it didn't care about quality or the fact that a person is paying close to $50 for 2 bagel's (and drink). It was just so disappointing and a waste of money. There are better places to spend my money on.

Great bagels. Highly recommended. They make the bagels fresh in the store. We tried cinnamon, plain and blueberry and they are all great. There was a lineup when we got there but they were very efficient at getting people moving.

Always the perfect spot for breakfast and some fresh bagels to go!
Location in the Glebe (Ottawa) is busy and service is slow. The bagels are thin, not fluffy and at times burned. Whereas, the location at Yonge /Eglinton in Toronto has fantastic quality bagels and service. The locations must be franchised because the difference in quality and service was markedly worse in Ottawa.
Additionally, beware of ordering on the application. My credit card was hacked after using the store’s application, as confirmed by the bank. I received unauthorized charges in my credit card immediately after ordering. The store never received my order although I was charged for it on my credit card. And I waited for 20 minutes at the store to learn it was not in their system. No more apps without multi factor authentication! In this day and age, network security is critical and I won’t provide personal/financial information anymore if proper protocols are not in place.

Was victim of a young racist security guard at 2:30pm (Sunday October 6 game day) who threaten me to just amuse his friends. I made the mistake of thinking that I can ask him for directions because he was in uniform ..boy was I wrong. I felt treaton enough I could not eat my Bagel

An astounding level of incompetence. Placed an online order for 3 and a half dozen bagels and cream cheese. Drove two hours to pick up the (confirmed) order and it wasn’t ready. I was told to come back in three hours. When I returned for the order I asked if all bagels and the cream cheese were included in the bag and the woman confirmed. Drove two hours home only to discover that half a dozen bagels were missing, along with the cream cheese. Called the store to explain the situation (and the distance travelled) and was told to come in and pick up the missing items. Mind boggling. When I reminded the woman if the distance travelled and said I would require a refund, I was told that only a manager can issue a refund but there’s no manager available until the next business day. ??♀️
