First time trying and ordered pick up through Uber . Bagel was hard as a rock and whole thing fell apart. Disgusting and waste of money ! Never again !

Breakfast bagels don’t come with bacon now?? What actually happened to this place.
This place has fallen off a cliff. Today I went to get the classic Kettelman bagel- smoked salmon, tomato, red onion, cream cheese and CAPERS. After I questioned why my bagel box was covered in Olives they said “oh that’s how we serve them now”…this is either a complete disgrace or a total lie but for this to be happening at the FOUNDING Kettelmans is unacceptable… the service was also very poor, the girl mangled my sandwich and then the other girl realized it didn’t even have any of the toppings on it and took it bag and sloppily added everything. Frankly should have demanded a refund but I was in a time crunch. I did get video of the mangled sandwich being put together though. Beyond 1 star this is 0 star service.

20 min wait so consistently for a single bagel with cream cheese. One guy in the kitchen (owner or manager) has to finish every order…not efficient.

This place is a miracle that they are open 24 / h it gives us a place to grab coffee and food early in the morning. Thank you and the bagels are amazing! Washrooms aren't always very clean.

I'm finding the quality of this place is going downhill, new owners? ordered a coconut donut it was hard as a rock. And, ordered a breakfast sandwich the bagel was hard as a rock and the bacon was as well. Not very good at all. Used to like going here but something has changed and the quality has seemed to have slid a few notches.

Kettlemans bagel is awesome...blueberry bagels my favourite. I come at night after work an the night staff are so nice. Geoff the night supervisor is so nice an kind. Is always smiling an positive...he's a great supervisor. Not only is his customer service awesome but he keeps this place so clean an organized. I would like to commend some of his staff that I have had the pleasure of meeting. Suki is so nice an personable an Lovely is so awesome too. All three of them are why I keep coming back. Their is a nice Persian gentleman working too. I apologize can't remember but he's nice too. They all work so hard an are great to their customers. I would if ok like them all to be commended.

You were supposed to get an oven roasted sandwich but, The bagel King, the chicken was tasteless and almost uncooked and cold. You pay $14, for bagel sandwich, not worth it. The ambient is nice and the place is open late.
