It was our first visit to this bakery to order a cake for a special occasion, and we were truly impressed by warmth and professionalism of Moman She patiently listened to exactly what we wanted and promised to bake the best for us. Despite the shop being closed on Sunday, she kindly agreed to come in specially since we couldn’t store the cake in our refrigerator. When she learned about my passion for cooking, she even subscribed to my YouTube channel so we could stay connected forever! Such a wonderful person — I’m sure the cake will be just as delightful as she is! 🎂💖

Second time and terrible experience. I hesitated my previous bad review but I thought to give it another try - this time a cheesecake instead of the pistachio cake.
Don't recommend it...pistachio cake had pistachio shells - not pleasant surprise when taking a few bites. The cheesecake didn't last more than 5 minutes out of the fridge. We got it and it must have been made yesterday or even 2 days ago the middle was caving in and there was an abnormal amount of juice/water from the cake.
Called and took it back for a refund - so thanks for that!
But...won't be back...

Friendly staff. I found the merchandise overpriced. The cake had a mealy, unsatisfying crumb and was nearly flavourless. Full disclosure: I’m a traditional consumer of French pâtisseries, buying dessert for a friend with dietary issues. I thought I’d be pleasantly tricked into thinking this would taste like real cake. It does not. But if you’re into vegan and gluten free desserts this may work for you.

I have heard of this place for some time and had my first visit here today. It is a gem in downtown/ Chinatown! I tried almost every one of their desserts, all sugar free, it's amazing how original and delicious they are, very impressive. The Choco chip cookies and pistachio cake were my favorites. If you are on keto or just want some treats without sugar and low carb, this is definitely the right place for you. Thumbs up!

I was so excited to find sugar-free treats in Ottawa! I ordered a few items though uber eats yesterday and am still making my way through them but so far they are perfect! The chocolate chip cookies are my current favorite, but tomorrow I'll try the chocolate top donut so that could change.

Excellent experience. I’m visiting from Toronto and we don’t have it this good in the world of Keto treats. Ottawa, you are lucky. My customer service was excellent. When I brought up my type 2 perspective and my CGM, the shopkeeper knew exactly what I was talking about and told me “your line will be flat.” And she was right! Cinnamon cake was delicious but the coconut cream pie was the star. Prices were in line with the keto world since the ingredients are expensive so I’m not complaining. These were thoughtful and delicious treats and I’m happy to see a store do this so well.

I’ve had desserts and breads from Key To Your Heart several times now and each time they have been amazing!! You honestly can’t tell there’s no sugar in the desserts and the breads are so fluffy. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed I promise! The ladies there are all super sweet too.
