We been here before and we had kfc zinger sandwich taste was so delicious, people are very nice and friendly specially the one with glass look like Asian she was so humble and friendly even during busy hour she was reply us so politely we love to be there.

Waited for them to open, they do not scedule people for open. So when they are supposed to be open they told me wait another 20 minutes tjust to order not even to eat lmao they need to be shut down by the mall for not folllowing hours. That was a $10000 fine when I worked at the mall. Terribly rude and additude from the customer service rep. Do not support this dump 👎🏿

I ordered a deluxe crunch sandwich with a large fries for takeout...... Only by the time I checked the bag I found out it was only a medium. Im annoyed and definitely will be checking my order before I leave.

I visited this KFC location on May 30, 2025, and placed a pickup order under my friend’s name. The store was quite busy, so I politely inquired about the delay. The staff member told me the order would take 12 minutes. After waiting, I returned to the counter and politely asked for an update, and she responded rudely, saying, “I already told you the order will take 15 minutes.”
As a customer, I felt disrespected. I made sure to approach the counter when there were no other customers in line, and I remained polite each time. Despite this, the staff member was dismissive and unprofessional.
To the management: this incident occurred between 7:20 PM and 7:30 PM. I kindly request that you address this issue and ensure staff are trained to treat customers with courtesy and respect.

What a joke of a service, i ordered a plant based burger the girl taking order ( probably Indian) was super annoyed and straight up rude. After i placed the order she very rudely said it will take time and instead of 1 was charging for 2 burgers, when i corrected her she straight up was staring and rolling her eyes at me as if she hated me and switched up to smiling tone to the next customer. This is soo not acceptable and ruined my day, i was nothing but polite. KFC do better ! Seeing this kind of behaviour i would never be coming at this location ever
