Creepy Indian immigrant male employee. Charged me for the wrong item, I took it anyways, cost $11, paid with a $20 bill. Tried to just plainly hand me the receipt, and when I looked at him weird, he said “oh, did you want the change?”. Since when was it normal to just boldly try to pocket a customer’s change as a tip? If this is how shamelessly the employees act at the register, I wonder how nasty the inside is. 0/10 never returning.

The same owner owns all the kfc in Ottawa and he is Indians and Muslims and the food is not even good anymore the kernel must be rolling in his grave as to what has become of his kfc small chickens and the fries are always loaded with curri seasoning salt all the staff are racist espically thr owner doesn't take status cards disgrace to Canada they all are

The service is rude, grumpy, and if given a chance to hold the Interac will tip themselves up to the highest amount. We complained about it, and the attendant started shouting even after way back when we walked away. The chicken nuggets tasted rubbery, too. That was my first and last order from that place.

Service is very fast , the employee are very professional . I live in Gatineau and I always go to Rideau center kfc because I know I will get a very good and fast service . They never forget anything . It worth the 10 min drive instead of going to the one beside my place .

Overall terrible experience. We made a basic order online, and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. However, we arrived and waited an hour in total. Eventually, after half an hour, we asked what was going on as there seemed to be 10 employees standing around in the back with no food coming out. Turns out the staff was being trained at 6 PM on a Friday. Not sure why they thought that was good timing. In the end, the chicken was dry. Will not be back.

Honestly the worst kfc I've ever had. Cashier was friendly but the food was just awful. Dark meat is hard to mess up but all the dark meat was super dry and the white meat was inedible. Seasoning was right but the battery was super soggy and not crispy.
