Ordered from KFC Alta Vista during a stay at a hotel near the Ottawa Airport. The food arrived using UBER in a timely fashion. When the order was opened steam poured out of the bag, the chicken was almost too hot to eat. Great job done by all. No stars on service or atmosphere, did not go there.

Unbelievable experience! Time and time again you get disappointed with the quality of chicken(skins are peeled off), gravy(like water texture and taste), and service. This is the 5th time and the last time—no more giving chances!

Nothing worse then feeling like eating KFC as a cheat treat, order it, then be told at the end they dont have macaroni salad (not everyone eats cabbage) or get all the way home and they forget to add something in the bag you ordered....or they do both...it is rarely a good experience. How can you run out of the only products you sell. Chicken, fries, salads and gravy...should not be that difficult to manage your store, product and staff. This location is the worst and doesn't improve over time.

YE BE WARNED. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I ordered Chicken, corn, macaroni salad and fries. I opened my bags and NO MACARONI SALAD AND NO FRIES. Instead I got Onion rings and gravy. I tried calling a few times but I kept getting a busy signal or they weren’t answering. They did not warn me before hand that I would not be getting fries or macaroni salad. BUSINESSES HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO INFORM THEIR CUSTOMERS TO ANY CHANGES TO THEIR ORDERS.

The worst KFC experience ever. They served me wraps with frozen lettuce and tomatoes—it was ice cold. The service was horrible: all three staff members were in the back laughing and play-fighting instead of helping customers. The kiosks don’t work, the place was filthy and disgusting, and honestly it wouldn’t pass a food safety inspection.
