Worst service. Only two staff person working. Alot of waiting time. Staff is overburdened. Waited 25 minutes to give order. Not recommended at all. Owner should hire more staff.

This KFC location is usually very busy, yet it feels like corporate doesn’t prioritize supporting the staff. When employees are underpaid and overworked, service and quality naturally suffer. The meals here are served hot, which is great, but the wait times are consistently long because there aren’t enough staff and it’s so busy they’re barely paying attention to the orders. It feels like the employees doing their efforts which I can’t fully blame them for, given the circumstances. Management really needs to address staffing and wages if they want to improve the customer experience. It took us about 45min to get our food!!

I visited the restaurant today (Wednesday) at around 12:30 PM. I asked the staff member if he could make my Zinger well-done, as I usually request and they always agree. However, this time he refused and said, “I’m alone here and no one is helping me.” I found this unprofessional. I even told him that sometimes the chicken comes out undercooked or even bloody, and I don't want that to happen. Instead of taking a few extra minutes to cook it properly, he offered to refund my money, which I found quite surprising — he had time to argue and refund but not to cook it well.
When I mentioned that I would write a review, he simply said, “I don’t care.”
This was very disappointing. I used to like this place, but after this experience and the attitude I received, I’m honestly reconsidering coming back.
Store is putting great efforts in cleaning and food taste really good . Much better than 3 months back when i came here. Team is really amazing

Was out of hot wings and bubbly and did not call to let us know they were out of anything, only had 2/6 canned drinks available, no apology manager barley spoke to us. Not professional and bad service would not recommend their delivery is horrible as well.
