This is the worst KFC ever.... I honestly refuse to believe that this is what colonel sanders had in mind when they wanted to expand. I was willing to work with the manager of the place to resolve the slop they served me but instead lied to head office and told them that they called me and resolved the situation with me directly. I seriously think their franchise should be revoked as they're ruining the kfc brand. The pictures show the effort that they put forth, and the fact that they just ignore the truth is beyond acceptable. Stay away go to the other locations on bank or st.laurent as they actually try and serve deserving meals. To the ownership please reconsider owning a business that you clearly can't handle no one should ever have to endure this unprofessional attitude to avoid conflicts.
Kid-friendliness: Not friendly for adults or kids alike seeing that they act like they don't want to be there and no one has any answers to assist you.

Substituting mini coleslaw for the fries is now an up charge the manager advised, I’ve been doing it for years. I asked the manager for the district managers contact info and after three sent emails I’m still waiting for a reply after almost 3 months. So I then emailed head office and after 2 months I’m still waiting for a reply. Such poor customer service. I’ll never return!!!

We always order here everyday and all the staff are very Nice they Always greet us with smile and the store is so clean always. The service is very fast and the food is always hot and fresh.. The manager named Jen is very hard working,She always makes sure that customers being served and not waiting on line. Very fast and Very approachable.

We ordered the chicken bucket and the taste was horrible (too much oil plus not properly cooked).Contributing factors to the poor experience were poor cleanliness, staff not paying attention to clean the table as they were busy taking orders.
