I had a small issue with my Uber order, but the team at KFC fixed it quickly.

Very disappointed in this place. I've ordered a bunch of times and almost all the time there is an issue. Once they forgot my drink ok stuff happens I brushed it off. Then I order 2 big crunch sandwiches and it's a good thing I inspected my sandwiches after receiving them by delivery. The meat was fine but the lettuce I shit you not was this yellowish color on both of my sandwiches I got disgusted and tossed both out even though the meat was okay but that lettuce was nasty. And another time the chicken that was nasty I think they used the same oil all day because it was dark dark . Or the chicken wasn't fresh I don't know. But what I do know if the chicken is fresh it's easy to tell once you receive your order. I don't know I don't like giving negative reviews but this was just nasty all around. I now go to the one on bankSt and I've never had an issue there. Like I don't understand it the manager the workers do they not give a crap? If you guys would have seen the lettuce that was put on my big crunch sandwich you would have freaked out I don't know if it was frozen or what made it turn yellow but it was disgusting. This place definitely needs an overhaul New Management new employees people that actually give a damn. I have no reason to lie or make this up and it's very unfortunate because in the beginning when I started ordering from here it wasn't too shabby it was pretty good. But now hell no!!

I ordered over the KFC app, did not order a big amount of food just $25 worth and I ended up waiting 40 minutes just for the food to be ready. I tried to call and ended up trying to call 30 times and every time some one picked up right away and hung up. All I wanted to ask was to see if my order went through and they actually received it. (I’m a cook I understand when ordering online can get screwed up) It is very clear that who ever is working there does not care about life at all.
When the food arrived I had no idea the person who dropped it off did not even knock on the door, and in the app there was a choice I had to make and it was either the delivery driver had to hand me the food OR leave it out side infrint of my door. I don’t know about any one els but right now it is -20°C. Not sure what was going through any one’s mind but I’ll make sure to avoid this kfc at all costs. They didn’t even give me my side of fries

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. I ordered online and when I arrived, the staff told me they had no fries and asked me to choose something else. When I said I wanted to cancel the order, I was told that cancellation was not possible. I don’t understand why the app allows orders for items that are not available.
After the manager spoke to the staff, they suddenly said fries were available—but what I received were old, cold, and clearly not fresh. On top of that, the manager asked me to wait outside because my shoes were bringing in snow water, even though I wiped them on the doormat. I was made to feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as a customer.
Overall, poor service, poor food quality, and unprofessional behavior. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location.

Wasted 15$ on a chicken sandwich combo, fries was super stale and the fountain drinks have something disgusting in them, the sandwich was smeared in sauce and had a very weird smell, I took a very small bite and tossed it in the garbage. There was literally no positive thing about this experience. I bet the people who rated this place 5 stars got free food afterwards.

This location shows clear discrimination against customers who use coupons. Every time I visit and use coupons, the staff’s attitude immediately changes for the worse. Their facial expressions become unfriendly, and I am always told to wait at least 25 minutes for my order, which does not happen to regular customers. It is very obvious that they do not want to serve customers who use coupons.
Today’s experience crossed the line. When I used two coupons, I was told this was “not allowed,” even though I have used multiple coupons at this location before and at many other KFC locations without any issue. When I asked to speak to the manager for clarification, the staff member claimed he was the manager and then physically forced me out of the restaurant.
This is not just poor service — it is discriminatory, rude, and completely unacceptable behavior toward paying customers. I am extremely disappointed and will never return to this location. I strongly hope KFC corporate takes this issue seriously.
