Ordered from KFC Alta Vista during a stay at a hotel near the Ottawa Airport. The food arrived using UBER in a timely fashion. When the order was opened steam poured out of the bag, the chicken was almost too hot to eat. Great job done by all. No stars on service or atmosphere, did not go there.
There is a man named may be ash something like that, he was so nice on Tuesday evening,
He took our order ask us nicely for condiments , talk politely what else you want.
But i have some issue with the higher management that why you guys are always understaffed, always 2 or 3 people hire
More people and see you will get more money.

We always order here everyday and all the staff are very Nice they Always greet us with smile and the store is so clean always.
The service is very fast and the food is always hot and fresh..
The manager named Jen is very hard working,She always makes sure that customers being served and not waiting on line.
