The restaurant is in a good location but always understaffed. Staff is also not professional. It is the only business i see rejecting customers(6 to 7 customer in my presence) because of their staff underperformance. Management has to take serious action. You can't even compare it to the KFC in St laurent shopping center. I also feel the food is over salted. Parking is good enough.

Cashier was patient while we decided what we wanted. We went with the chicken strip, popcorn chicken and fries bucket. The fries were over the top awesome !! What is that seasoning?? So flavorful and delicious. You can multiply the rating by 3 .We 3 all enjoyed our dinner Have a great week everyone .

Bought a 12 piece bucket, fries and gravy. Cost nearly 50 bucks and got 2 of these pieces roughly smaller than my pinky. So, I got 10pcs, fries, gravy and 2 chicken nuggets. It’s no wonder why KFC continues to tank. Didn’t bother to call and complain. It’s always just a hassle with any of the franchises and KFC.ca no longer wants to deal with customer issues and just sends you back to the franchisee who won’t answer the phone or fix the problem. It’s unfortunate because I actually like the product when made and delivered properly but the company as a whole has just decimated itself because of things like this. People are caring less and less to pay this much for chicken and deal with these issues on their own. Anyway, just my two cents. KFC will soon be gone. Find an alternative or make your own. Waste of money here.
Great customer service. However; 10 pieces of hot wings are now almost $17. Consider preparing your wings at home, you will surely get more for your money.

I little bit difficult to park my company truck, but, probably the best KFC I’ve been to in years. The chicken was tender and juicy, the gravy was hot and thick and so good, and it came with seasoned fries!A customer left and they cleared his table, well no he was just in the bathroom for 15 minutes. He complained that they threw out his drink so the older gentleman at the counter gave him a new cup, great customer service!So, good food and service.

Dec 4 2023first I want to say thank you Linda your service is amazing and always friendly ,as a good customer of many restaurants in the area of St Laurent and Donald the manager today at 7:26 was rude and loud he seemed a very impatient and very unprofessional I will continue to shop at this location but if he is on duty I will take my family elsewhere for dinner because no one should have to pay for disrespect..second..as a owner of construction company if any of my employees spoke like this it would be there last dayWOW to misery to this visit to the KFC at location 1402 when I get home with my food and open up the three-piece meal I purchased among other items I find chicken in The box no fries..no salad and I have tried to call the store 7 time's zero answer
