This is not about the service or food. The staff and food were excellent.
However, just before closing a man entered and filled a bottle with pop. It looked like a 1 litre bottle. There was pop splashing onto the floor. Neither the man or the bottle looked sanitary. I think they should stop the self serve pop. I told the staff member and he said it happens a few times a day. He also said they sanitize the machine daily.

Bad experience with a KFC manager, I want to report unacceptable behaviour on the part of a KFC manager. He spoke to me rude and contemptuously because of my scooter. Such an attitude is not only unpleasant, but it also affects the brand's image. How can a large chain allow such behaviours on the part of its employees?

We had two back to back bad experience here the first day like we waited so long and there was a mess on the table so the guy came. He cleaned the table but on the same hand he didn’t wash the hand and he prepare our burger and on the second day And on the second day like we order again the burger and the chicken was not cooked and the fries was very cold, yeah so we had two back to bab experience not recommended this place overall
Never had any issues before, but now it seems like they have alot of new staff that are not properly trained how to take basic orders or instruction. Guy who served me asked me the same question 3 times and still made the order incorrect, and after explaining again and again, still had no idea what he was doing. In the end, he charged me more to fix his multiple mistakes. A serious disappointment.
