We had two recent visits here and both were really great experiences. The service was quick, the staff was attentive, and everything felt clean and organized. Our burgers were freshly prepared, the chicken was perfectly cooked, and the fries were hot and crisp. It’s nice to see a place that puts effort into consistency and quality. Overall, we were really satisfied and would definitely recommend this spot to others.

Never will I order from this place, I bought a 8 piece bucket meal, the size of the fry was ridiculous it’s the same size as a medium fry at McDonald’s the gravy was bigger than the fry and I paid for white meat and what I got was drumsticks and pieces that looked like a ball of fat, sooooo pissed off, I will never ever go back there and if your smart you will avoid that place, I gave it a star cause I had no choice because they deserve a big fat 0
I normally have a pleasant experience at KFC. Great food I've had Kentucky Fried Chicken on occasion ever since my parents took me to the location on Sparks Street in Ottawa more than 40 years ago. As a child, I could remember the pleasant aroma in the air of as the Kentucky Fried Chicken was being cooked by the cooks. I was always very happy with the service and Food. I went to order food at the Rideau Center location where a wonderful staff member( a lady) who always works extremely hard taking orders at the cash and at times working in the kitchen preparing the food. I was a little saddened to find out that KFC isn't supplying enough white meat chicken. Both white and dark meat is what makes Kentucky Fried Chicken taste soo good as well as the fries. I know that times are tough for many different businesses and it's not easy, but is there any possible way that KFC could bring back the Kentucky Fried Chicken that I and a lot of us people remember. Also please bring back white meat chicken. I had to turn away from one of my favorite restaurants because I couldn't get to place my order due to no white meat. I like the combination of both white and dark meat. Also there oil that was used before things were changed to trans fat oil, made the chicken and the fries taste much better. The batter was much more crispy and tasty. The texture of the chicken was even changed. It's almost like the secret recipe has soaked up a little in the trans oil. Even the taste of the fries are a little different. Just some things that I noticed, I don't mean any harm. I really like Kentucky Fried Chicken and I don't want to see the restaurant lose businesse or close it's doors. I hope that my thoughts and concerns could make a difference. All the best in the future to all KFC staff and restaurants. Thank you for your time. A loyal customer. 🙏👍

We ordered the Pickle Sandwich Box Meal plus a Spicy Pickle Sandwich, and upgraded the fries to Loaded Pickle Fries. Unfortunately, several issues came up:
When I arrived, I was told there were no pickle chips, so both sandwiches were served without them.
The side of pickle chips was replaced with onion rings, which was not what we ordered.
The Loaded Pickle Fries we paid extra for were given as just regular fries.
Both sandwiches were made regular, even though one was specifically ordered spicy.
We were excited to try the new pickle menu, but instead left very disappointed with our experience. Not only was the order incorrect, but the substitutions and missing items completely changed the meal we wanted.

I don’t know how a chain restaurant is running this location . Worse employee and food . We went there exactly when they open at 10:00 am. Both the employees were annoyed and one employee told me they are not open yet. When I told them I thought you guys open at 10 and the guy replied it is not 10 yet so I turned my watch and showed him it’s 10:03 and he just walked at the back. The fryers were not ready so I asked him if I order something how long it’s gonna take and he replied he does no. I was like are you serious right now . The guy did not have any intention to serve us . We used the kiosk and order and I saw the employee heating the old chicken. I did not say anything as the guy was already rude and I did not like his behaviour . The washroom was a mess and could not use it. They are serving the old chicken warming up so I end up throwing the food. I wasted my 24$. Will never go back to this location.
