I like that this location has a self ordering kiosk it makes it so much easier to look at the menu. The food was fresh and the place was very clean. Although kfc has terrible bone in chicken, they're other products are pretty good like the chicken tenders.

Missing half my order placed online. Called the store and they said they contacted to uber driver and uber driver delivered the whole order. The manager at kfc store said she put all of our order in the bag. I think k the uber driver took and might have eaten it.I called kfc toll free number n they said they can't help us she takes orders only.Never again 50 bucks down the drain

Ordered through Uber. Called the restaurant that they forgotten to add drinks on the order. The guy said “okay can i get the order number or the name” then just hanged up the phone. Bad reputation.

Cashier rude to customers inquiring about status of order. I had to wait 30 minutes for my web order. Restaurant does not have cookies that I have ordered. No refund or replacement proposed. Pretty much anything that could go wrong did.
On 01/26/24 at 4:00PM I purchased and consumed one spicy chicken sandwich. As soon as I took my first bite, I felt like there was something off. The sauce had a metallic taste and the piece of breaded and friend chicken was lukewarm and had the taste as if it had been prepared hours earlier and sitting out. As of 9:00PM (approximately 5 hours later) and since then, I’ve had sharp stabbing cramps in my left abdomen, bloating and unpleasant bowel movements. I have a feeling this location is not following proper food safe handling practices.
