Sides
Eggplant
A Kerala version of Chennai taste (Kathirikkai Kuzhambu). Small eggplant or chunks of slightly larger eggplant roasted and made into a mixture with paste made from ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, tamarind sauce, and other spices.
Avial
A must of Kerala Sadya (vegetarian feast). Avial is many different vegetables cooked together in coconut, green chilies, jeerakam, and curry leaves paste. Add to this mixture, a touch of sourness from yogurt, mango, or tamarind, avial is perfected.
Erussery
Traditionally made with pumpkin and peas, Erussery is an essential item of Sadya. This dish is made with coconut, jeerakam, green chilies and curry leaves. For added flavour (which makes pumpkin and peas turn into Erussery), grated coconut is roasted with curry leaves and onion slices and added to the mixture.
Dal Fry
Simple dish made with toor dal (thuvara parippu), garlic, and green chilies.
Raita
Yogurt and vegetables.

Lentil Payasam
Chickpea lentil and brown sugar mixture cooked in coconut milk.
Vermicelli (Semiya) Payasam

Authentic kerala food! Great quality of food as well. They recently seemed to have switched to buffet only. While they have good variety of food, I preferred to place my own order. Good chai as well.

Authentic Kerala style food. We ordered a vegetarian thali, onion pakora and Uttapam. All the dishes in Thali were really good. There chutneys are tasty and uttapam was fluffy and paired well with chutneys. Amazing service and friendly staff

Kochin kitchen has the most amazing breakfast buffet. Unlimited food, fresh dosa served to you at your table and great service - what else could anybody ask for? I recommend going here for their buffet as well as a la carte.
