First experience here was disappointing. The food is pricey and there is almost no service after you order. I am a huge fan of korean cuisine and the flavors were just not there. We ordered many dishes to share ans they were pretty bland. The only standout dish was the kimchi pancake which was amazing! If you are looking for authentic Koreen flavors this is not the place.

I really like the food here and have never had a bad experience. A tad bit pricy but the portions are good and the food is delicious. I'll keep coming back!

Absolutely terrible pickup service. Was given an initial wait time of an hour to pick up our food. And when we got there after an hour we still waited another 45 minutes for our order to be ready. We were told they didn't even start making it until 1.5hrs after we initially put in our order. And then to top it off the food did not match the descriptions or the pictures. So so bad, will not be coming back, and do not recommend this place to anyone else.

Food is awesome. Great atmosphere. But donāt order from Door Dash. Door dash said ready in 14 mins. I waited 20 minutes. I got there and said I was picking up for DoorDash, the lady said itās not ready yet and the chef came from behind with the receipt very rudely saying he had another 40 mins before the time. Very confused about the attitude and tone. Cancelled my order. Only one other table in there at the time. I would suggest fixing your time on apps if it takes 5x as long to make.
Hopefully my next experience here isnāt the same.

It is soooo good here. The food is so delicious and the staff here are very attentive. Recommend 100%. There is not too much seating so, you may have to take it to go.

This place is vibes and the bulgogi is LOADED. Packed with meat and vegetables, these things are so juicy and good. Awesome place to chill and study too.

We ordered through door dash. There were a few issues with both the dash experience as well as with the restaurant quality. We ordered sashimi and the ratio of salmon to rice was way off. For a take-out order we were not provided any eating utensils or napkins. We were staying in a hotel, so we had no choice but to use our fingers. The food overall was tasty, albeit 25 minutes late, but it was a less than satisfactory experience overall tonight.

Food is delicious. However I was missing a piece from my sashimi which came frozen and the cheesecake is the size of my pinky finger. Service was very friendly.

Restaurantji Recommends
Came here for the first time and here are my thoughts. Grab your friends, grab some beers and order WHATEVER you want, everything tastes so good, you'll forget it's winter outside..ā„ļø
100/10 would recommend
Ps. Ask for extra rice cakes for the Dakgangjeong (they come deep fried too heheš)

This is the WORST sushi I have ever had. Not only did they forget three items of my order but their salmon was literally inedible. I couldnāt finish a single item of my order. My partner couldnāt eat their AC roll (which is one of their favourite rolls), and their tofu is marinated in maple syrup which was not good.
Delicious bibimbap! Would absolutely return and I want to try everything on the menu. Good dietary options. Itās a little small but staff are really nice

Quaint location with very friendly owners/staff. We came in at the tail end of a lunch shift and they were very accommodating. Ordered the Kochu roll set, Inari, Shrimp Tempura roll and the Bulgogi Toast. All items were well presented and most importantly were full of flavour. Bulgogi toast was a massive hit! Because of the timing we were unable to dine in, which was ok, as we were staying close by. There are bar chairs and a window surround table to take in the sights if the street. Also a couple of small table chair sets for four. Very easy to recommend!

Weāve been loyal customers of this restaurant for over 8 years, since their Elgin Street location. Weāve always enjoyed their food and usually order takeout, but today we decided to dine in with our two young kids.
The dining experience was extremely disappointing. About halfway through our meal, the waitress asked us to āplease have the kids be a little quieter.ā I was shocked, our kids were not being disruptive at all, just being kids. Maybe once or twice they raised their voices, but nothing unusual for children (a 20
Month old and 4 year old) enjoying dinner.
Itās a small, casual restaurant, not a fine dining establishment, yet we were made to feel unwelcome and embarrassed simply for bringing our family. I couldnāt even finish my meal because I felt so uncomfortable, and we ended up leaving early.
After all these years of being regular customers, I will not be returning. Itās upsetting to think this is how they treat families. Do they also ask groups of adults enjoying themselves to keep quiet? Very disappointing. There are no high chairs for children either which makes sense that they donāt expect kids to partake at their restaurant.
