Great food. sadly tonight they forgot an entire pizza with our uber order, so some family members had to find something else to eat. Will try to eat in more often due to this.

We had a work party on Friday and the service and food were to die for. The staff were beyond friendly and inviting and the food had me reaching for third and fourth plates. We were very appreciative of their service and hope that we can enjoy their company once again. If you're on the fence about going just give it a shot, you won't be disappointed

We have eaten at KS a number of time previously so decided to go back again. We had a lovely young lady for our waitress and another gentleman who tried to take care of our meal issue. The problem was the French onion soup. When it came to our table, it was so oily it could not be eaten. It was sent back but when the replacement bowl was brought out the soup was still rather oily which unfortunately actually caused the person who ordered it to become sick. The other meals were okay but definitely not a place we will go back to eat.

Made reservations at KS on the Keys to celebrate an occasion with my family. First off, the seats we were given were awful- uncomfortable and not group friendly. Once we sat down at the table, we realized we had been served water in PLASTIC cups!! I should have know then that KS had been a bad choice. A few of our group got the all you can eat buffet and the food was mediocre at best. Unfortunately for us, the seating was so crappy that accessing the buffet was difficult and troublesome so there weren't many return trips. Money paid for unlimited food that they couldn't get to. The items ordered off the menu were not great but were not the worst either. Oh, should I add that they brought us the wrong order and then came back to get it for the right people- thankfully we hadn't touched it yet but it makes me wonder if our food was sent to a different table first. Yuck! Once dinner was over, it took forever to get our bills. We were all tuly unhappy when we finally did because 18% tips were already added to everyone's bill!!! If I had my own option to tip or not, I definitely would not have tipped at 18%. Overall, this restaurant was a disappointment and none of my group will be returning.

We went for weekend buffet and the food variety was great and delicious. Service was excellent with regular check ins to make sure everything is going smoothly. Great value for money as well

1st visit here and I'll be sure to go again. We went for dinner with a group of eight and no one was disappointed. Looking forward to going to their Sunday morning buffet.
KS on the Keys has always had great food, with large portion sizes. I usually order online through Skip and I noticed they recently changed their food photos to AI generated images. It was off putting and more than a little controversial. The old photos were fine. They were honest. I hope they either go back to those or hire a real photographer to take photos of their amazing food. I'll wait until they do.

I called ahead for my order to be ready when I arrived as I needed to get to the airport but wanted to eat-in. The pizza was hot, ready and served immediately. Delish as usual. Paid and in/out in no time. Only 10mins from the airport too! Great service and super friendly

We tried the Mother's Day Brunch. My mom is recently using a walker/requiring additional assistance. As we stood to sort out how we would get her plate set up and deciding on me going around the buffet twice (once with her plate and once with my own) A server (Tia) overheard and offered to go with my mom so I didn't have to go twice. Customer service is so important to me, and this is an example of excellent service imo. It is so nice when I don't have to ask for help. When staff initiates any assistance it goes a long way.
My biggest take home from this visit was the customer service. It was very busy, yet the manager, the kitchen staff and of course our waitress all inquired if we were doing well/needed anything at different times. We were greeted upon arrival and even through the crowd, the hostess wished us a good day as we were leaving.
The food is delicious - the butter chicken, the bean salad, the omelet were some of our favourites this visit.
