Terrible experience!! I asked for something fresh and sweet, and they recommended the Halawet el Jeben, saying it was made that day. I brought it as a gift, and when we tried it, everyone immediately spit it out. it tasted old and mouldy. I was so embarrassed. I went back to ask for a refund, but they said no and blamed their supplier. Turns out they don’t even make their own sweets. I wouldn’t trust this place again.

Any time I’m in the area I make it a point I stop at La Brioche for some of their amazing baklawa. The bakery is bright, very clean, and the selection and service are both wonderful.

I had a very disappointing experience with 2440 Bank st. Location last Saturday. It was my daughter's baptism and I ordered a cake for a small party but when we went to pick it up there was no cake our order was missed and there was no body to help though I had a confirmation call a say before the occasion. They called me back to confirm and check the price but nothing was ready for us. 2 workers were there have no idea what happened and where is my order sheet even. A very disappointing experience.

Customer service is AMAZING , if you are respectful you will get the respect back which is known in all stores , but if you have a problem and you stand there yelling at them girls when they’re trying to help you and find a solution for you that would show how bad manners you have . Other than that the girls there are so nice and respectful they treat you with great service and respect they welcome you in a respectful way if you have a problem they will try to find a solution for you and will always let you leave with a smiley face , best store I’ve ever been in .
