I ordered a quesadila with added guacamole, and it took 15 minutes with only two people in line in front me. I understand that they just reopened, but both of the staff were extremely confused with only 3 orders to prepare. It took the person in front of me to bring her food back for them to realize that they had switched our orders. At that point, they just handed me the cold food that another person had handled for 5 minutes. This seemed very unsanitary, as I had no idea if the other person had breathed on or touched my food! The food itself tasted good, though the guacamole I paid extra for was nowhere to be found. Waaayyy too expensive for the portion size.

I waited in line for 20 minutes and when I got to the front of the line, they decided that they wanted to serve everyone who wanted a taco bowl first. Since I wanted a burrito and everyone else in line wanted a taco bowl, I got moved to the back of the line and had to wait another 15 minutes. The lady preparing my order then screwed up my order. Such a frustrating experience.
