3x WOW ?It has been a while, a few year, that I haven't been there. One thing is sure is that the friendly attitude of everyone working there, including the owner, was way above my expectations! The place was jammed packed! And around 8pm or so a nice gentleman was singing and even some customers could perform with him, to a certain point, I had difficulty to stay on my chair cause I wanted to dance next to my chair ? So for the ambiance, it was over my expectations!For my appetizer... I was in heaven, sorry I forgot to take a picture of, my fabulous plate of calamari, smelt and shrimps that were sooo good! Plus I tried their Brushetta...oufff! Thank god I wasn't in a rush cause I was getting already full?My maine course was the picture join to this that was their only mistake of the night? I'm a particular person that is always asking for something different then what they serve on the menu...So I had the Chicken parmigiana but I wanted to have linguine Alfredo with extra mushrooms and garlic but they arrived with 2 plates...do you believe me that I brought back home the left overs? LolAnd to finish, a wonderful specialty coffee with a cherry on the top was served ...MMM can't wait to return!! Thank you so much to all the staff for their attitude and service ????

Food, service, and a very special care that you have provided made their experience a most enjoyable one! A special thank you for making the cannoli- superb!Will definitely be coming back!Vegetarian options: a great choice to pick from
The food and service were pretty good for the price. Most entrees are under $30. However, I came here with a large group (~20 people), and they put us upstairs in a tiny loft space. They also Rick rolled us by playing never going to give you up.

Excellent food. The staff listens to your requests and is smiling. We are from Montreal and we discovered this restaurant and we fell in love, so much so that we returned the next day! Thanks to Nick and his staff for the excellent service. I recommend without hesitation

Awesome food, great service. Owner went above and beyond. Super busy and loud. Too noisy to talk to our companions but that's the price of a busy restaurant. Will totally go back. Make reservations!

OUTSTANDING! This is as authentic as it gets, real homemade Italian food - new favourtite place! great service, excellent quality and hospitality. You won't get better value for your dollar anywhere - HIGHLY recommend.

The food is usually good. This is size of the calamari, that cost $17. There is about 15 pieces. Which cost over $1 for a piece, as you could see, their “special sauce” is basically what you pay for. My seafood linguine pasta noodles was so over cooked. They really missed the mark, on “le dente” for an Italian restaurant. I took a friend there for his first time. He was disappointed.
The food was great. If your a calamari lover this is the place to go. Service was excellent. Went back a second time and it was as good as the first time. Prices are better when compared to other places. I would recommend for sure.

Favoritas is literally 9 times out of ten the best pizza in Ottawa. Their Verona pizza is absolutely amazing although I would recommend getting the mediums as they seem to go light on the toppings with the large. Anyways you can’t go wrong ordering from here and I fully recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

Slowest service of my life. From sitting down to being greeted took me 30mins, food took another 30mins and another 30mins for the bill.Food quality was good, but the wine we had came pre poured and tasted watered down.Sad that this was our experience as it was recommended by friends.

This is a late review from Valentine's Day 2024. Had to do it. We had one of the best nights of our life. First time here.The restaurant offered a delicious 4 course dinner. All the food was fantastic. And the servers were extremely kind and attentive to any need. Even the owner passed by on each table to make sure we were having a great time. Haven't seen that high quality of service here in Ottawa in many years.Oh, and the live music was just exquisite. Truly Italian vibe.Don't think twice and go! I assure you will have a great time as well.P.S. Food prices on the regular menu are very affordable. Great selection of wines too.
