I did not rate the Atmosphere because this is in regards to a skip order.
Everytime we order.....its the best damb thing ever! Always fresh, always hot and so much cheese and gravey and toppings. Regardless of the size each order is in the next level. Huge portion great price and always delicious. A small is enough for dinner and lunch unless you haf or a savage. Thanks to everyone slaving in the salt mines tonight. It was amazing.
I love the poutine here. There's also a couple of pretty old chairs and tables set together to sit on outside made of wood. I usually order and eat outside on the wooden table. 10/10 the food comes in extra hot too.
Good food and quick service
Their poutine is pretty good
Hadn’t been in quite a while, and was surprised at all the negative reviews. Buffalo chicken poutine was still everything we wanted - plenty of chicken, cheese, and gravy with green onions on top. Small was plenty for two people.
I can see if you ordered it delivery/takeout, and it had been sitting for a bit before eating, but ours was delicious!
Prices have gone up a lot recently, these poutines are no longer worth the price. I also placed an order by phone and for some reason it was more expensive than if i ordered it on their website.
The fries were perfectly crispy on the outside. The gravy was rich and hearty. The cheese curds were plentiful and melted beautifully.
However, the donair meat didn’t sit well with my partner and caused some stomach issues. It’s worth noting that we may have just had an off experience.
That aside, the poutine itself was good, maybe without the donair meat next time!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered a 40$ chicken/bacon poutine large from uber eats.
1) Poutine did not look at all like the ones on the website
2) Fries were reheated from a bag (not fresh and generic)
3) Fries were soggy and cold. no seasoning. Not crispy. (wet and reheated)
4) Barely any gravy and overly salty.
5) Most of gravy was clumpy and not even heated from the can properly
6) Generic precut/heated chicken from a bag. not cooked at all
7) Bacon was not cooked (raw)
8) Container was half full
I paid 40$ for the worst poutine of my life. SUPER DISSAPOINTED! The title of this restaurant is called poutinerie. What a joke. I read the reviews before buying here, i am 100% convinced that their positive reviews are FAKE.

I'm getting really tired of my orders being wrong. I have ordered the same thing from this restaurant 2-3 times a month. Large bacon poutine and small breaded cheese curds. The last few times I have ordered, they send me 2 poutines instead of the breaded cheese curds. On top of that, lately I've found their fries in the poutine are undercooked. I used to love this restaurant as it was an inexpensive and filling alternative for days when it's too hot to cook, but I think I'm done ordering from here. It's too bad they couldn't maintain their previous quality.

Ordered Philly cheese steak poutine. Fries were really short, and undercooked. I couldn't pick them up with a fork without it falling apart. The meat was dry and rubbery. I thought the gravy had flavour, but that was all from the onions. I tried the gravy by itself and all I tasted was pepper. They dont portion their food properly, my plate was full of onions which I don't mind because I love onions, however my husband didnt even have a quarter of the onions thst I had. I know in the menu it doesn't say green peppers. Who doesn't put green peppers for a Philly cheese steak anything?
Very disappointed for the price we paid. The best thing about the order was the gentleman that delivered it. He was very friendly and even said hi to my dog.

Barely shy of an atrocity. Flavorless, over-peppered gravy that tastes like someone dumped peppercorns in canned swiss chalet sauce, rubber steak with chunks of gristle in it and no flavor apart from an obvious dose of Montreal Steak spice, and overcooked potatoes that are cut so small to begin with that you can barely pick them up with a fork and eat this "poutine" as it should be eaten.
Save your money and either make it at home or get it elsewhere. The only good thing about this fiasco of a "poutine" was the St. Albert cheese curds.
Pulled pork poutine yummy! Yummy!
