Person serving used the scoop wrongly by using her thumb to hold the icecream in place, very unsanitary. She also misunderstood our order by trying to scoop the wrong flavor. The paying went great but once she gave the spoon she grabbed it by the rounded end where I put my mouth. She never had gloves for the whole time.
The ice cream is very good. I come back every time to get some. The salesperson should wait to receive the customer’s choice instead of imposing the ice cream flavor and should not appear rushed to finish.

The 4 stars are mainly and mostly for the Ashta. It is the best item you can order here and it is very delicious. Anything Ashta is good, but I recommend Ashta Ashta because it's beyond delicious and has the real cream Ashta with the authentic ice cream that we have back home. I tried apple cinnamon crepe, but it wasn't good at all. The filling is too sweet, and the crepe itself is not like a crepe... the dough is really bad and its very expensive $15. The Ashta deserves this price not the crepe and the Ashta is cheap $9! The seating area is nice, and it smells like similar stores back home. I always come here for the Ashta Ashta.

This used to be my favorite dessert spot. Quality has gone down, prices went up and staff have become unfriendly. We drove from Stittsville and arrived at 11:15pm and the chairs were already up on the tablets even though the posted hours said they close at midnight. We asked if they are open and they said yes. Only after we ordered did they tell us that we can't eat in the restaurant. After I complained, they agreed we could quickly eat and be gone within 10 mins. I won't be returning.
