Hamza is amazing! I ordered through Uber, but the driver accidentally gave me someone else’s Subway order. The driver said he would go back and get the food but he never did. When I called, Hamza was so kind and said, “No worries, just come by and I’ll give you your meal.” I wasn’t able to go right away, but when I came by a couple of hours later, he made my order fresh and even apologized even though it wasn’t their fault at all. Truly excellent customer service!

Ordered it from Uber, no issues with delivery. Bought it because it was BOGO on a kafta plate with small salad.
First off, the rice was decent. The meat was tender, but there was hardly any flavour. Also a very small portion of meat. The side salad portion was tiny, and a bit over seasoned.
The hummus was terrible, just completely bland.
Overall, I got it on sale, and for the price I paid on sale, it was mid at best overall.
If I had paid full going rate for this I would have been disappointed.
As it is, save your money and go to 3 brothers on Rideau. I know it’s not the same type of food, but I wouldn’t order from here again. Many other better options of similar food.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The food is very tasty and the staff is very friendly. On my first visit, I ordered grilled meats and they were delicious. My kids loved it too! I’ve been to many restaurants where the grilled meat was chewy, like gum, but here it’s always tender. Since then, we only get our grilled food from this restaurant. It truly deserves a million stars. Highly recommended!

Don’t judge a book by its cover. On the outside it looks not very attractive but the inside is decorated very pretty! The service was very good! They were fast and helpful and the owner even helped us look for a good hotel for at last half an hour! Last but not least the food was very tasty! The mezze and the grill everything from the grill even was very good! The spices were good and the food was warm and for the price it was a big amount of food. Would for sure recommend!
