Ordered a pick up, when i showed up they said we dont have it, we dont have the food, ran out apparently . They didn’t even bother to call me or anything. I drove 25 minutes to get here. Its a shame because the other laheeb in Gloucester are good. This one sucks.

Delicious Shawarma Spot! I tried the chicken shawarma here and was seriously impressed! The chicken was incredibly tender, juicy, and packed with flavor—perfectly seasoned and cooked just right. You can tell they care about quality. Definitely one of the best shawarmas I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend if you’re a fan of tasty, satisfying street food done right!

My partner and I came from Toronto to visit Ottawa for the first time. This was our first dinner stop. First, the owner gave us TWO FREE falafel and they were tasty. Second, we were TRULY AMAZED the food was GREAT (2 classic shawarma plates) the portion was perfect - HUGE.

I ordered 4 fried chicken servings and it came in a big aluminum tray. The chicken was very greasy, only 2 pieces of bread came with the order, garlic sauce was frozen and they gave us the wrong soda. Very bad experience with their fried chicken.

Wish I could rate the service and attitude of the people there even worse than a one star.
The food was subpar, but they messed up our dishes and forgot key parts like Rice, Fries and sauces until we asked and reminded them. Take in it wasn’t even busy.
I ordered Arayes, the employee there charged me for RICE. And then blamed me for my mispronunciation in front of my friends and told me to be better with my Arabic pronunciation. That was after taking 35 minutes to bring out a box of rice only to then insult me and take another 20 to make the Arayes.
Overall, don’t give these guys any business. Go to Shawarma Palace or literally anywhere else (Nando’s is also halal for my Muslim brothers and sisters).

I'm just wondering where the rice is at. So disappointed this time around. I'm giving the food just 2 stars just because the food tastes good.
The staff working there are not joyful and do not encourage to come back. They forgot my soup and never called to correct that. We found coal in the meat. It was a very bad experience. Even the offers are not clear and the staff could not explain the difference in price between platter and sandwich.

It took more than 30 minutes to get our order which was two shawarma sandwiches. Not only were they understaffed but they gave a customer who ordered after us. Her order was also sandwiches. When confronted they said 'we know she was before you but she was in a rush'. I was in a rush too and I deserve my order first. I found it very disrespectful and I am never going back.

So so so so bad customer service. I have been waiting for 30min for my kabba sandwich. And there is people who came after us and they got there food before us. And our food were ready but the don’t give it to us, until I want to him and saw my food ready and I ask him to give me the food, and he don’t even look at my eyes. And the food were cold already. So it not a good place to go. And if I saw the service guy I will spit on his face. Racist Guy. At the end I will never go back there.
