Google and website showed it’s open, drove from Barrhaven to see they were closed on a Thursday with no note on the main door.

Very well done north Indian cuisine. Not a very extensive menu, but has enough variety for everyone, and every dish we had was very well done, including the rogan josh, which you can't find everywhere.

1. Limited menu without of stock items.2. you won’t feel welcomed at all.3. Absolute long tome to give you the good.4. Trust me they don’t care about customer experience at all.5. The only option for you to park is “PAID STREET PARKING” away from the place.

1. No one greeted us at the door, leaving us waiting for someone to guide us to a table. Unfortunately, no assistance arrived.2. Other customers who arrived later faced the same lack of attention, causing them to leave without service.3. The establishment lacks well-lit signs outside, making it challenging to locate initially.4. When confronted about their shortcomings, they flatly refused complimentary food, attributing it to the chef without further explanation. In summary, expect a dreadful customer service experience, coupled with limited menu options and unavailable items if you choose to visit.Parking: You have to park on the street - which is almost always full and PAID.

Absolutely love this atmospheric family run small restaurant. Well-selected Indian menu has good options for vegans. Very friendly staff is another plus.

Solid flavors and an amazing atmosphere. This restaurant takes a nice home cooled Indian cozy feel. The flavors are amazing and the butter chicken was one of the best I've had since living in Tanzania.Portions are decent but not huge and the side dishes are far too small to have a 1 for 1 dish. All in all a nice small restaurant that would be perfect for a date night.

This place was very disappointing. It's a cute small restaurant which had lovely aromas when we walked in. After getting menus, we asked to confirm if certain dishes met our food restrictions, but were surprised to hear they didn't have coconut milk or lamb and didn't not serve naan... in an Indian restaurant. The staff were very quiet and timid, only interacting with us when we got their attention for simple things like water. The bathroom is right next to a table and is not well sealed meaning you hear everything happening in the bathroom while you eat. The bathroom is particularly weathered and in very poor repair. The food had its redeeming qualities, but nothing to write home about. I would not recommend this restaurant, and Ottawa has countless other Indian restaurants with better food, lower prices, better service, and worthy of your hard earned money.

Every time I come here the food is outstanding, the atmosphere is relaxed and the vibe is great. Best Indian restaurant in the city by far. This is not your typical Indian restaurant.

We loved the cozy feel of the restaurant! The butter chicken was delicious with the Desi Ghee Parantha - so yummy to dip in the sauce. The staff was friendly and made great recommendations.

First experience. Delightful. Small intimate setting from which you can watch the chef prepare the delicious food. The menu is exactly what you would want. Smaller, but attention to detail. Tastes are divine. I would highly recommend this venue. I will return soon. If you like eggplant, try the Baingan Bharta. It is simple, but very pleasing to the palate.

First time in, was able to get a quiet table for two. Service was very friendly, attentive and fast. The food we started with that we had from appetizer to mains to drink was very very good. Will definitely come back.
