My recent visit to this place left me extremely disappointed.The sales person who served me, a girl with pink hair, exhibited an attitude when I asked simple questions about their payment methods and the cone options for my ice cream.Her attitude was unwelcoming and incredibly rude and made my experience unpleasant.Despite attempting to retrieve her name for the sake of addressing the issue with management, she refused, displaying a lack of accountability for her behavior. The fact that she felt entitled to withhold her name speaks volumes about her disregard for professionalism.While I cannot ascertain whether her behavior was influenced by my ethnicity, her treatment was disrespectful. It's disheartening to witness such behavior tolerated in a customer-facing role, particularly in an establishment that should prioritize customer satisfaction.The management should take swift action in addressing this issue before it further harms the reputation of the business. No customer should have to endure such disrespect while simply seeking to enjoy a treat.

I went to buy some chocolate for my wife as you know it’s valentine day. I tried to ask one of the young ladies about the price of a chocolate basket. She ignored me. I stayed standing not knowing what was going on. All of a sudden she came to and told me that I am rude. I asked her what made me rude and she said she served someone else and I tried to talk to her. I told her I was sorry because I was not aware of that. She’s continuing to talk without asking me about what I wanted. I replied maybe she was a bit confused but I don’t see why she kept talking like that. She replied that she won’t serve me and I can leave. My question is what kind of customer service was that? I hope you get the video of the 13 of February 2024 to see what happened and I suggest you to choose someone more matured and respectful to work for you otherwise you will lose a lot of money.

I have been a loyal customer of Laura secord for years, however, I guess I might have to stop patronizing them, and look for other ice-cream stores with better customer service. I had the worst experience on Sunday, June 25 , 2023 at 12:30pm from a lady who was rude, and did not know what to do with the loyalty card or chocolate toppings that come with the take-home bowls. She refused me speaking with the manager, saying if her manager was there, it would have been the same experience; making me wonder if all the staff at St.laurent outlet are rude.

I went on the weekend to the mall, my son wanted ice cream. I waited in line to get a cone for him, I asked for the super kid flavour as requested by my son. He wanted one scoop but noticed that there was two different kinds of super kid. He asked me if I can get him half a scoop of each flavour. I asked the girl can you please give me half a scoop of each flavour in a waffle cone. I get to the cash register and it’s almost $10 ??? I asked the girl, this is a kid ice bream, I understand there’s inflation but for a kids cone ice it’s almost $10, she’s responds that he got the waffle cone and I thought maybe it’s because of that. As I am walking away I look at the receipt and see she charged me for two scoops?? I walk back to her and literally show her this is not two scoops, I picked the scoop she put and it’s the size of a gum ball? She proceeds to argue with me that it’s two scoops…. I walked away very very disappointed, I was charged for one scoop and maybe a bit over, but definitely not two. That’s cheating customer. I was a customer but I will no longer be going or buying anything from your company anymore. I understand there’s inflation and price increase but this is cheating.
