Service is always super friendly and they ask all the right questions: if I’m eating there or not; so they can give me a bag to go, if I would like it all in one container or not, if I’d like a drink etc.
For a fry-shack, it’s opened all year ling and have a little shelter for you to wait under with heaters in the winter.

The atmosphere in the university where you can eat freely was nice and it was really delicious. I had the combo once, but I want to try the poutine next time? They are super friendly and I would 200% visit again.

I used to be very happy to support this joint, bought frequently and left nice tips. A while back I went for two cheeseburgers. When they handed them over to me, they did not realize that they accidentally made them combos until they asked me what drink I wanted. Once they realized their mistake, they took the food they had *already* handed to me and removed the fries. Still had the audacity to say "Good thing we caught that, we almost gave away free food!" Owning up to mistakes and being humble to customers when you commit these mistakes is how you get repeat business. However, they will no longer get mine.

if i could give this place 6 stars, i would. glizzy's are absolutely delicious... glizztastic one might say... the veggie dawgs r amazing and the poutine is perfect; isnt too salty or too heavy. they also have halal options!

Poutine definitely hit the spot on a cold winters day. Amazing fries and everything I want from a poutine except I just wish the cheese curds squeaked! Staff were very nice and service was fast. Will be back to try their famous sausage on a bun and more!
