I used to be very happy to support this joint, bought frequently and left nice tips. A while back I went for two cheeseburgers. When they handed them over to me, they did not realize that they accidentally made them combos until they asked me what drink I wanted. Once they realized their mistake, they took the food they had *already* handed to me and removed the fries. Still had the audacity to say "Good thing we caught that, we almost gave away free food!" Owning up to mistakes and being humble to customers when you commit these mistakes is how you get repeat business. However, they will no longer get mine.

I should let you guys know that in spite of the pandemic, this little shack persevered.Students will walk past and wonder what even happens here. It turns out you can walk in and order comfort food (burgers, sausages, poutine) to take out. The staff are really friendly and have never missed a beat whenever I came here.That said, in terms of what you're getting, it doesn't hit the same as it used to. I think part of its charm was how large the combo portion sizes were relative to its price. Today, inflated prices have lost some of their magic, but I don't think I'm in a position to object (re: old man yells at cloud).If you come here, the recommended course of action is to get poutine on a cold winter day, then head to FSS and distract everyone around you with the scent of your meal.

if i could give this place 6 stars, i would. glizzy's are absolutely delicious... glizztastic one might say... the veggie dawgs r amazing and the poutine is perfect; isnt too salty or too heavy. they also have halal options!

Poutine definitely hit the spot on a cold winters day. Amazing fries and everything I want from a poutine except I just wish the cheese curds squeaked! Staff were very nice and service was fast. Will be back to try their famous sausage on a bun and more!
