We had such a beautiful experience at Casablanca restaurant on Family Day. Dining there with my family made the holiday even more special.The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the hospitality reminded us of the generosity and kindness you experience in Morocco. It wasn’t just a meal; it was an emotional experience that brought back memories of family gatherings back home. Thank you to Casablanca for giving us a true taste of Morocco here in Ottawa. We will definitely be coming back — and recommending it to everyone looking for authentic Moroccan cuisine!

The service was extremely bad and unacceptable. The man working there was yelling at us in front of everyone, including families and other customers, simply because we said only one of us was ordering. He told the others to leave if they were not ordering, even though it was -13°C outside. This behavior was rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. There was a promotion advertised where 2 burgers cost $11 and something, yet we were given only one burger even though we paid for the deal. When we went back to speak to him, he tried to justify it by saying it was a “big burger.” This makes no sense, because when we were ordering, he asked us what size we wanted, and when we asked if there were different burger sizes, he said no. Then suddenly, after we questioned the promotion, he claimed the deal was only for small burgers and that he gave us a big one instead.This whole experience was confusing, misleading, and very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place based on the service.
