The broth was so good! We ordered the traditional and braised beef bowls, both medium sized. I thought it would be appropriately sized for my appetite but I was so wrong! The serving size is HUGE! I should have gotten small. I prefer the braised beef one as the beef was so flavorful and it complements the clear broth so well. Definitely worth it

The brined pork intestine and belly were decent, but not really to my favourite taste. The brined egg was flavorful, but definitely overpriced for just an egg. The Chinese meat burger came with a good portion of meat on a bun, but it should add more flavour or other ingredients to it.
