It's just herbalife disguised as a juice business. But that they won't tell you ?No transparency.

The scoop: If you are looking for a nutrition studio that makes healthy shakes and teas in Ottawa, don't come here. Although the owner says that this store is "temporarily closed," treat is as being an indefinite closure. Instead, go to Rockland Nutrition where communication with customers is great and the drinks are yummy. I wanted to love this nutrition studio. It would have been the first one in Ottawa. My low rating is mainly due to poor communication to potential and current customers.Being away from my home nutrition studio, I thought that getting a healthy shake or loaded tea at Le Vibe Nutrition would be perfect. I did some research before my trip. I kind of knew that le vibe of this business was off right off the bat.The majority of Herbalife nutrition studios tend to be on Instagram (IG). This one has an account, but zero posts. Instead, it chose to use Facebook (FB) as its social medium. It's not horrible. You simple have a larger reach on IG.Well, I followed this business on FB. In May of this year, there was a post saying that it was "temporarily closed." It has been this state ever since.Three weeks later, on June 5th, there was an announcement on FB that it had opened a second location in Gatineau. No background or explanation about this second location. No specials or menu. It was open.Customers started asking a bunch of questions. One asked whether it was a new location. The owner said yes. I felt that this owner wasn't open with her customers. They had to ask her probing questions. Perhaps the owner is a poor communicator to begin with.Anyway, a couple of Fridays ago, I called the store. I didn't get an answer. This studio is in ByWard Market, not too far away from where I was staying. I decided to check it out. It's in a decent neighbourhood. I parked on the street and walked across it to the store.Sure enough, it was closed. There was a sign saying that it was temporarily closed. How about some sort of date when you'd think you'd be back? If you don't know, say that you're closed indefinitely.Disappointing. I headed back to my car and went searching for a Circle K to get a beverage. My cell phone rang. It was this studio's number. I spoke to the woman. She continued to say that this store was temporarily closed. She went on to say that the one in Gatineau was open on Saturday. I got the address and hours of operation. I thanked her for calling me and ended the call.I went back to read the comments on the FB post. Another user asked why the Ottawa location was closed. The owner said that she wanted to be closer to her community in Gatineau. Fair enough. How about being more transparent and clear with a post to describe the situation at both studios?I know. It's an Earth-shattering thought and suggestion. It's a shame that this studio is closed for an indefinite period. It's in a wonderful location and has the potential to do well in Ottawa. My friend and I had talked about this place before I dropped by this store a couple of days later. She found that you could still order drinks online. The store never shut that ordering service down. Can you imagine placing an order and paying for it, and then realizing that your order has been rejected because there is no service at this store? It's quite the inconvenience and letdown.I feel that the owner is extremely inexperienced with communication with humans and store operations. She hasn't put herself in any customer's shoes.Recommendations for her:- Communicate that your store is closed indefinitely- Be more detailed in your explanations on Facebook -- that you only have the Gatineau store open- Turn off all ordering apps for your Ottawa locationIt seems like a waste of money to have a decent storefront closed. She's likely paying for rent and utilities, among other expenses, while this store is closed. As for other nutrition studios to try, I recommend Rockland Nutrition. I've been there. It's open and ready to serve great drinks. It's worth t

Good service and atmosphere but the food is discusting and overpriced!!! 8$ for a small smoothie that does not contain real juice, fruit or yougourt. They're smoothie taste like ice water with proteine powder. Defenitly not recommanding this place! If you want a smoothie, there's other better places in Ottawa to get one.
