Always loved Lexington for dinner and drinks but glad that I finally tried their brunch! Great all around

Lexington Smokehouse and bar is one of my favorite restaurants to go to. The space is great, the wait from ordering to service is not long at all, the staff is always great, and the food is amazing! The selection on the menu is great. Lexington needs to be in your rotatio on your dining list.

It was our first time going to Lexington Smokehouse and it definitely won't be our last. The food was fantastic and the ambience was perfect for a nice evening.

We made a reservation for diner only to arrive at a near empty restaurant and be offered a choice of not great table options, we settled on a booth that seats 8 - we were two people. Water was brought to the table in a bottle which was fine until I tasted it and it was so foul, plus our glassware was dirty. The server's helper explained that the bottle probably wasn't cleaned properly. What!!! It was replaced along with new glassware. When our meals arrived we discovered our cutlery was also dirty. My knife had dry caked on food and the handle of my fork was sticky. Our server was no where to be found so I had to wait to get it switched out. Both of our meals were a disappointment. My husband ordered the ribs and they were dry and flavourless. The end pieces of the rack were especially hard. The corn bread was also dry and bordering on stale. The one bright note was the potato salad which was tasty. I ordered a beet salad which I realize ordering a salad at a smokehouse was stupid. The salad consisted big chunks of beets, a tiny amount of microgreens which seemed to be mostly stems and some goat cheese. No dressing. It was apparently a new menu offering and I'd say it was a miss. Neither one of us could finish our meals. Maybe if the server had come by to check on us we could have resolved the kitchen disaster but she was never around. Eventually she showed up and we discussed our experience and she appeared to not believe us and went as far to say “well that's not our standard”. But really based on what we experienced I had a hard time believing her; from dirty dishes, to flavourless food and poor service I'm not sure what their standards are or how this place expects to stay in business. I will acknowledge that their selection of Craft beers is good and the decor is decent, too bad the food and service are not.

Brunch at Lexington Smokehouse was fantastic! The presentation of each meal was perfect and well crafted. Every bite was delicious! Highly recommend!
First time here and certainly did not disappoint. The code was great with early 90's soundtrack playing in the back ground, good and service were outstanding and value for money was great. Do yourself a favour and check this place out!

Dined here at recommendation ofvwifes coworker. Start to finish eveeything was fantastic. Our server, Mark, answered all our questions and made great suggestions. Food was delicious and well presented ; drinks were well crafted. Restaurant stepped up with an on-the-house dessert after the one my wife chose had run out. To top it off, my wife left her credit card on the table when we left and they recovered it and called us back right away. Major kudos Lexington, we will be back soon !!
