It was about 5 minutes till closing when I walked in the store to buy hummus. As I walked in, the lady behind the counter told me the store was closed. So I sat in my car for a few minutes, noticed some other customers walk in, and she proceeded to serve them. They walked out with the items they purchased. She also noticed that I saw the whole interaction.
Never been treated like this before from this place. The male owner is much nicer and friendlier.

I like their pies.

The BEST OF THE BEST Showerma s that i have eaten in the whole of Canada..Huda and Ella will serve.. are super friendly and smileee 😊 and always have a very happy and enjoyable time with my family.. thank you

This was probably the worst shawarma I had in Ottawa. Surprisingly it's in the south of Ottawa where the Arab community is dominant.

Starting with the service, it was terrible. Super rude lady serving us, was very impatient and seemed in a hurry. Also we got 3 meat and cheese and one cheese pie and they were very underwhelming. There was barely any cheese to the point you couldn’t see it or taste it so Im wondering if they charged me for the cheese without even putting anything. Also bread was too thick. Service could’ve made up for the terrible taste but it was even worse. So many better bakeries out there!

Veru good labanies backry , i love their chees pai with spicy garlic and olives . Garlic pateto with spicy garlic is very teaty

First time stopping by but definitely not the last! They had a great selection of grocery items and meats that you could tell were high quality! We got a variety of their pies and each one was made fresh and all were so delicious, the whole family loved them! (Even our toddler who can be picky) Everything was priced really well and the customer service was also great! Their BBQ selection looked amazing as well which we'll definitely be back to try soon! So happy to find such a great local business like this to support and we will be back again and again!

I went early this morning ordered 2 nasty soggy microwaved meat pie with no taste of lemon/ the cheese pie served cold and the half cheese and zaatar same lame taste. Not fresh at all, the lady lied. Where's my refund .
