It was the worst food I've ever eaten and the worst place.

Usually love the food here. Unfortunately I had a very poor experience trying to pick up an order via Uber eats. Disappointing as I won't be coming back

Ordered quite a few items off their menu including the Cheese pie. Meatpie would have been acceptable had it no just tossed on a grill grate to be heated up they ended up being half warm and half cold, same goes for the Zaatar. The big issue is I paid for a Cheese pie (pictured below) #1 it looked like it was refrigerated overnight which is bad enough to not come here again as every other pie place in Ottawa makes them every morning as they should. #2 there was no cheese on the thing, it looks like they just rubbed some cheese on it and hoped for the best, I've never had a worst Cheese pie in Ottawa and I've been to almost every one. I would avoid this place if possible.

Good pies! Ordered a mix of the meat, veggie, and zaatar pies. The pies were fresh and they make for an easy and cheap meal.
This little restaurant is a true hidden gem in the city. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you instantly feel at home as soon as you walk in. The food is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love every dish feels special.
What really makes this place stand out is the service. The staff are kind, attentive, and treat you like family, which makes the experience even more memorable. It’s rare to find a restaurant that combines such delicious food with genuine hospitality.
If you’re looking for a cozy spot with amazing food and heartwarming service, this is the place to go!

My husband works nearby and has been talking about this place for a long time. I finally had the chance to eat there and omg the samusas are amazing, and the pies were just as awesome.

I dont understand the stars. The Manakeesh was just off...not good at all with hardly any cheese.
And worst the man serving was smoking all the time, while handling the pies..disgusting.

Meh. No washrooms and stifling hot. Don't bother entertaining the idea of sitting down to eat. Grab your stuff and goto the park or just keep walking.

Very rude people expect the women who takes your order she's so nice and polite on the other hand her husband handling the cash register is so weird and will touch your food before giving it to you and he will hold the food until you pay thinking that everyone is going to steal from him came last week and got the zaatar with veggies and they put hot peppers on time which isn't good with it and its not on the menu with hot pepper that's after a 10 min wait
