“I usually get pizza from here and it’s always amazing!
But when they had the customer appreciation $5 pizza deal, it wasn’t good—the dough wasn’t great and there wasn’t as much cheese as usual.
That being said, it was only that day. Every other time, the pizza is really good!“
“Edited from 5 stars to 4 stars, because they are now never ready for rush time and seem like they don't have any ready normal cheese or pepperoni pizza anymore, which wasn't the case before... but the rest below is still ok.Me and my kids love those simple fast take out pizza. Staff very nice, polite, and accurate when it comes to the waiting time, which never went above 15 minutes in a busy time.“
“I’m a manager at the St Laurent mall and every Black Friday I treat my team to some pizza. Always Little Ceasars. Today we place our order for delivery. Well DoorDash handles their deliveries and dropped off my order to someone else. I never got my pizza. DoorDash then told me I needed to call the store to have it resolved. I knew there wasn’t much the store could do because it was an order processed through third party DoorDash. I use third party delivery at my work and I know I’m not the one who can fix that sort of issue. Anyways I called and I got to speak with the owner and he let me know they don’t deliver but because DoorDash had messed up royally he was willing to send someone to deliver it to me. Above and Beyond customer service!! To have had it personally delivered after all that hassle with DoorDash was a day saver for sure! My team’s hangriness was cured!! Done out of the kindness of their hearts. They could have just refunded me and told me to be on my way and leave them alone. But they made sure we got our order. It doesn’t seem like a huge deal but to me and my team it kind of was. We’re all very thankful there’s some good left in this world. Thank you again Little Ceasars team!“
