After a previous positive experience at this location, we decided to order in this evening and were totally turned off. Delivery was on time but one item was missing, the Slices and Stix was mostly pizza and very little Stix and the Supreme pizza was way over cooked and slightly burnt. My wife called the store and the girl asked her to hold and never came back to her, we could hear everything happening in the store. I then found the customer support number on a small sticker on the box and Delivery Support was great! They said they were refunding us for the errors and asked for pictures. After 30 minutes, my wife was still istening to the emplyees yak away in the store! Not going back there!

I visited the Tenth Line location today, September 17, 2025, and ordered three items at $5.00 each. The young lady who took my order was fantastic. She greeted me warmly, attempted to upsell, and did so successfully. She was extremely polite, using “please” and “thank you” throughout our interaction, and her smile was wonderful. While waiting for my order, I observed her serving four other customers, and her service was outstanding. Kudos to her! I left a $5.00 tip to show my appreciation.

Stopped in for some crazy bread which is usually very good but this time it's like they forgot to put the toppings they were just dry pieces of bread.I was really disappointed hence the 2 stars.

I was working a cover shift at High Ties and had a break so I went to the Little Caesars two doors down and was very happy with the service I recieved the young woman at the desk was very nice and her recommendation was spot on.
