Stopped in for some crazy bread which is usually very good but this time it's like they forgot to put the toppings they were just dry pieces of bread.I was really disappointed hence the 2 stars.

Went there on tenth line location today Sept 17,2025. I,ordered 3 of the $5.00 The young lady who took my order was fantastic. She greeted me, tried to upsell and was successful. She was very polite, using please and thank you in our conversation. She had a great smile. I watched her interact with 4 other people as I waited for my order and was outstanding customer service. Props to her. I left her a $5.00 tip.

Sunday july 20th Placed an order online. As per the app, Supposed to be ready around 5h20min Arrived at the restaurant around 5h15min Received a notification it was ready but it was not even started. The nice lady at the front told the cooks to do it now. I was looking at the kitchen and no deep dish in the oven So I told the employee in the front, she went back, and after 10 more minutes, nobody made it. The lady in the front gave a very good service but the cooks should be fired. Of course they said the cashier was responsible, that she gave it to someone else but I didn’t see a deep dish go out of the restaurant for all the time I was there.
I visited the Orleans Tenth line location today and was very amazed by a front cashier , she was very energetic sympathetic and joyful she served me with a big smile and kind words thank you Jihane and wishing you all the best.
