Terrible! I came here and was exited to see poutine so I ordered it and right from the start I noticed how dirty the place was. I then ordered and while watching them make food I saw an employee playing with my food like a toy! Gross! They finally gave me my food after 30 minutes and were so rude! They put my food on the table and said go now! I do not recommend this place!!!!!

The service was awful and unprofessional. I visited with my grandmother around 4 PM on June 8th. All three employees were on their phones. After we ordered, one employee complained about not wanting to do the math (she didn’t use a calculator or the cash register; she did it in her head). Then, she gave me the wrong order but still charged me extra for a waffle cone, even though I had ordered a cup of ice cream. She gave my grandmother the tiniest vanilla ice cream cone I’ve ever seen. The total for those two items was 17$. There were three employees and no other customers, and all three employees were rude and disrespectful.

I don't recommend this place at all: questionable ice cream quality and dripping ice cream, unprofessional and inexperienced staff, disgusting service area and counter, probably unsanitary products, and so on. I never leave reviews but health and safety should close this place. I didn't dare say anything at the time, it's not my habit, but my children's cones ended up in the nearest trash can. Worst street food experience.

Dirty atmosphere. Rude, unprofessional, eye-rolling disrespectful staff. Nasty ice-cream. They dropped ice cream and picked it up with their barehands and put it into the cup to serve to me. I’ll never go there again. Ruined my experience. Nasty. Listen to me, avoid this filthy shack. They didn’t even have spoons. It smelled like dead rats.

It said openMy husband got off work yesterday came and picked me up and we drove 25min to this place to find it was flashing open but the window was closed and no one was there.Then we drove home. All together spent 50min driving for nothing.My husband was not happy at all said he will never drive to this place again.On Uber eats it says unavailable for uber orders 90% of the time. Why????The people who work here have massive attitudesAnytime they have actually been there they are not welcomingThey are rudeEntitledIt’s extremely unfortunateTheir food is good. My favorite for a food truck.But the service is belowAnd the attitudes are uncalled forAnd the fact they don’t open up Uber ordersAnd have their online listing as open when no one is there shows how inconsiderate they are. Apparently only their time is valuable.Security was walking by yesterday and said this place has been closed for a few weeks!If your closed down change your online listing to closedSo people are not wasting their time.Regardless how insignificant we are to youHave some respect
