Great milkshake!!

Very poor customer service at the Orléans location! Why can’t they smile and greet customers! They are only interested in seeing how much we tip !

Zero service bad dessert. Zero if possible to rate them zero. She forgot the milkshake and we had to remind her. This was when we were the only customers. Also messed up the flavors. Not to mention that inside the lokmas were not even cooked well, while the outside was overcooked. The girls sour face didn’t add any positivity either. An absolute no fo us although we are just 10 minutes away from it.

Went August 1st, 10:30pm. One staff was working, entire time was talking with the central bregham staff. Our lokma were over cooked, too chewy. Not great service.

First time trying the lima dessert bar and it was a nice experience and trying their deserts area,the texture of it is good..

Very bad customer service they kept putting Uber orders in front of in store customer orders and the staff kept disappearing

The staff were very disrespectful and taking his sweet time antagonizing me , from 5 mins turns to 30mins I don’t recommend coming here!

Presentation looks nothing like their advertisement, lokmas were overcooked and covered, not drizzled with flavor. Will not be a returning customer.

Drove 30 minutes because online it says they close at 2:30 Am on Sunday. I got there 11:44 & they said they close 11:30 even though online it says otherwise. Unprofessional. Wasted my time & gas + it was a snowstorm.

The food looks great, it smells great in here , cute decor of looms characters on the wall, the floor tiles have some wear and garbage compartment door is broken, seating capacity is 24. I have noticed some stock and sign holders hanging about along with buckets in the bathroom hallway that don’t really add appeal. The ladies working here seem nice and calm and helpful. Overall not a bad little spot. Not much more to be said.

Just saw 2 cockroaches there and waffle iron was beyond dirty, old food still burnt onto it. Normally I don't make terrible reviews but this place was disgusting. Sorry but needs to be mentioned before anyone gets sick. We left without ordering anything

Staff here clearly don’t care enough to pay attention to their orders. Second time in a row we order off skip the dishes and they forget one more more items. We have them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but it’s clearly a pattern. Don’t waste your time or money here. Go somewhere else.

I don't write fake reviews to make a restaurant look bad but this is unacceptable
