This restaurant is amazing. I tried the Kamayan (Platter A) and split with a friend of mine. It was a great experience trying authentic Filipino food and experiencing the culture with the Kamayan. I will be going here again in the near future and looking forward to it.

One of the best eateries in all of Ottawa! Highly recommend checking this place out for any foodie, it is absolutely delicious and you can taste the rich culture seeping through the flavors ?The service is exceptional and the staff are incredibly accomodating.Awesome atmosphere to go with family or friends, highly recommend taking the Kamayan platter to share :)A must visit! I went to Lola’s with friends and had zero knowledge of really where I was going. I like adventures. What an amazing and unexpected experience! We chatted with our server and she shared the story of how Lola’s came to be ❤️! Very inspiring and heart felt. Turns out she was the owners sister. After she explained how we would be eating and why, she brought out the most amazing and delicious meal that we all shared. This place is more than a restaurant. It’s family. It’s community. It’s home. It’s comfort. After we ate, the owner came out to talk to us. He was also the chef. What a wonderful person. He is all about the community and giving back. Family and huge heart of service. EVERYONE should try his food and enjoy the experience of true Filipino style of eating with your fingers. Amazing experience!Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating to dietary restrictions. I eat gluten friendly and one of the other ladies had a few things she couldn’t eat (like onions) and they happily accommodated.
