We were there late and before closing. Service was a little slow but good and friendly. Same wait staff was dealing with a big group too. Food as always was tasty!
Always good

“The restaurant had a lot of flies, and we couldn’t enjoy our food.”
Small portions, high prices, Don’t waste your money and time

Very noisy, food is very bland, and worse, it is so filthy that it is astonishing this place has passed any inspections.

5 stars all around! Best location in ottawa! I usually would find myself at the St. Laurent location, but today I find myself here, greeted by the most welcoming of staff, served a very generous plate of hot and delicious food! So happy with my lunch choice today! Thanks lone star baseline!!

I’ve been to multiple lonestar locations but this one really was a real disappointment. My husband and I finally got our first date night away from the kids and wanted to treat ourselves to a place we thought we loved. Our server was not warm or welcoming. The sauce my husband ordered was wrong and the very first bite of my birria tacos was pure fat. I couldn’t even eat one full taco. My sweet potato fries were cold and looked burnt. My husband had to flag our waitress down to say we were done even though she only had 4 small tables after the dinner rush (it was 7:30pm). Our server did not check on us during our meal or ask how it was after we flagged her. She did not question why I didn’t eat almost anything. Really disappointed.

Insanely overpriced for the quality and quantity that you get. Save your money and go elsewhere. Ordered the enchiladas and smash burger. The meat in the burger had a strange smell do it, looked off and you didn't get much. You needed a magnifying glass to see the guacamole. The bun itself was stale. The enchiladas lacked sauce, tortilla's were also stale and there wasn't much chicken in them. The beans it came with weren't fully cooked, rice was meh- a bit dry so definitely not cooked the day of. The coleslaw was gross, the beer was warm. The free chips were good though. We also never got a water refill and server never asked how the food is, probably because they know it's crap. I'm honestly shocked at the 4-5 star reviews. Oh there were also drain flies flying around the restaurant.

It had a super tiny bar. When I think of a Texas bar I dont think of an 8 seat bar. The staff were excellent i thought. I was jist one person and three different staff members helped. The manager even on a busy Friday night took time to acknowledge me.
It was almost $40 for three pints which is crazy expensive even for a chain. Honestly because of the price point I probably won't go back.

Went for the wing special and was impressed with the size of the wings and the fact that they refilled our soft drinks for no charge. The wings were hot and well dressed.
The Baseline experience was better than the St. Laurent one.
