Enjoyed a large Lorenzo's Special pizza and a poutine for takeout. Both items were ready as promised and piping hot. Service was attentive and unrushed. The pizza was delicious - with the added touch of aluminum foil between the box and the pizza. The poutine was very good - classic sauce and fresh cheese. We will return, for sure.

What the hell happened to this place? We ordered a Philly cheese steak and were in shock when we got our order. Everyone knows that Lorenzo's fries were fresh cut fries just as good if not better than any fries you could get on a chip truck. These were clearly frozen fries and were terrible. The tasty Italian roll for the cheese steak was now just a regular bun they use to make subs.I'm never ordering from Lorenzo's again.

Delivery time is good. We haven’t had quality concerns until just recently called about our last order of the snack pack’s chicken tenders tasting of oil used for frying fish/seafood. Decided to give it another try but found long singed hair tangled in onion rings of our snack pack order. Won’t be ordering there anytime soon.
