We hired Lou’s for a massive private event. They were nothing short of fantastic! The poutine was hot, squeaky and excellent portions! I would highly recommend using them for any event.

Grabbed a medium poutine here for lunch. Service was quick and efficient. The poutine was a reasonable portion for a medium, the contained was packed full and then crammed into the contained as best they could with the lid, but it was full enough that the lid couldn't be fully closed. Good distribution of cheese and gravy throughout, it was still hot by the time I got back to my office, and none of it spilled despite the lid not being fully closed.
Flavor of the poutine itself was pretty good, I've had better but it was still a great basic poutine.

Almost every poutine I’ve gotten from here has been a hearty delight, you can tell they really care about their customers and it’s not just the insanely large portion sizes but rather the warm, good feeling of some really good food.
