Everything was excellent, first time trying here, we had Kung pao shrimp, hanan beef, both where mildly spicy, but could have been spicier, and ordered a singapore noodle which was perfect, and egg rolls which were also very good. All in all, 9 on 10, everything was super delicious!! Thanks!

So far, so good — probably the best Chinese takeout I’ve had in Canada. Everything is perfectly balanced — not oily, not greasy, and not oversalted. Just the way it should be. Portions are huge, and they even include complimentary rice. Ordering is simple, pickup is quick, and the food was blazing hot when I got it.

As a long-time customer of Lucky House, I’ve always had a great experience. The food is delicious, the service is consistent, and the staff is polite and helpful. On the rare occasion there’s a small issue, they’ve always been willing to fix it.
I saw a recent review blaming the restaurant for not reading minds—someone didn’t clearly state their dietary needs, then expected the staff to magically know. When things didn’t go their way, they demanded a manager and names like it was a courtroom, not a takeout order.
If you communicate clearly and treat people with respect, Lucky House deserves 5 stars. If you expect psychic service and act entitled, no restaurant will ever be good enough for you.

They made a mistake with my order I said I wanted just chicken in my dinner and I can not eat pork, it had pork in it. When I called because I live far away and asked for a solution I was told not my problem. Refused to let me talk to the manager and refused to tell me their names. If they screw up your order be ready for no help, no solutions just out of pocket 20 bucks.
