Well, I clicked delivery but I didn’t actually get anything delivered. I ordered meals for myself and others for our lunch break, about 15 minutes before lunch was to begin. After an entire hour had lapsed and I realized I was not going to be getting any meal delivered, I had no choice but to cancel my delivery and find somewhere else to have lunch. I was then charged the full amount for the meal.
I guess I made a donation to the restaurant that day.
No impressed. Some update should have been given or honesty regarding the order. If you can’t make it in a timely manner, cancel it with reason and let us move on.

The food is very fresh there, and tastes good !!!
For most of the staff, they are very friendly. Each time, when I went for sandwiches or platters, they always show kindness and greetings.
However, some new staffs have cold face or bad mood to serve their clients.

Top tier plates, always served by kind respectful people. I think this location might be preferable over the Hunt Club location due to the higher quality of customer service. (Tip: if you’re eating in the restaurant be sure to let them know so they serve it to you on a plate)

Paid almost $100 for family platter, price increased a lot and the portion of the meat and rice decreased a lot!! The guy give so little meat and rice and yet gives more portions to the person next to me!!!!!! I paid the same amount, why they give less portion to me!!!The meat are so dry!!!! Will never go back to this place!!!!!

This is the closest shawarma palace to my house and I typically avoid it and will drive further to another location. In the past, there was barely any chicken, the chicken was dry and the garlic sauce wasn’t quite as good as other locations.
Today, I was short on time and was disappointed that I had to go to this location…. Let me tell you, this time was different. The portion felt generous and the chicken was actually great. Not dry. Nice and flavourful. The rice was good. Potatoes were on point. I thoroughly enjoyed it this time around.
They’ve certainly redeemed themselves in my books. It will be interesting to see if this was a one time thing, or if they’ve actually improved.

Quality of food has gone down in the last few months. This used to be the best shawarma takeout in the west end, worth driving a few extra km. I used to recommend it to everyone I knew. Sadly not true anymore. Last night's meal was so disappointing, especially the garlic sauce that tasted weak and bland. Potatoes, salad and hummus also tasted like they came from a factory, not freshly made.
