I got the mix platter plate! For the price it was huge Portion of beef, Chicken, rice, potatoes and salad veggies. The garlic and humus sauce top notch!! This place is authentic and they know what they're doing.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.We received 3 mix platters with ROTTEN MEAT, when we took the food back the employees refused to refund us or give us new food. The employee got frustrated and ANGRY with us and sent us away with no new food and no money. When we called back the next day asking to speak to the manager we were told this isn’t a clothing store and you can’t just return food….. IT WAS ROTTEN. After a lot of back and forth he agreed to give a gift card with the full balance but ending up giving less than what we paid for. We spend 80 dollars to waste our time, money and have no food. UNBELIEVABLY DISGUSTING SERVICE from employees and manager. Will never be coming back. Will be selling the gift card. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

I want to just say that shawarma palace allLocations especially this one has gone down in quality I was there for a shawarma trio yesterday chicken was gross very dry , the guy scrapped the last of the potatoes which were dry and cold , the lettuce was gross veggies not fresh pickles tasted like expired but he could careless like all other locations , I strongly don’t recommend this place needs to be inspected by the health department ASAP!

You want a TIP when I had to drive there on my gas, walk in myself to get it, endure every single employee standing around talking about you in Lebanese and deliver. CRAP cold hard stale sandwich for $11!!! I think NOT. How unprofessional. I won’t be back nor recommend.

Placed an order through the app. When I got to the Woodroffe location. My pre paid order wasn't received. The "owner" was less than helpful. Needless to say I won't be visiting that location anytime soon, if ever. If I could give zero stars, I would.
