Came here with my partner a few nights ago. Sat at the bar and was served by Damian. He was absolutely amazing Had a great knowledge of the wines and also had a great sense of humor If your ever in the downtown area, check out this beauty of a restaurant. 100 percent will be coming back

This distinguished establishment surpassed all anticipation. The intimate, elegant ambiance and flawless, gracious service, delivered by a most informed staff, were truly exceptional. The comprehensive menu, offered at commendable prices, features generously proportioned dishes of extraordinary flavor, such as the succulent Atlantic salmon served over a creamy leek fondue. The dish was perfectly complemented by crispy fingerling potatoes and vibrant broccoli king eryngii, all finished with a delicate drizzle of truffle aioli. Don’t bother to go there if you’re a black person. We went there with my friends, we call before to make a reservation and after being seated they ignored us for 30 minutes. The waiters weren’t busy at all, you can tell they were avoiding us. We try to get the attention but I guess our skin color made us invisible or inhumane in their eyes. After that clear signe of disrespect, we put our coat back on and left. We will not spend our money where we’re clearly not welcomed. So don’t waste your time and go elsewhere.

What a lovely dining experience. Traveling from Midwest to Florida so each stop is a hope we choose well for our dining moments. Luxe was suggested by our hotel (Hyatt-Anadaz) we have had a happy hour that exceeds happy. Oysters amazing. Mussels that tip the scale and small bites steak, Frits, are the bomb. Adria our server was delightful making our experience that much more special. If and when we come back to Ottawa will be our first stop. Come for the happy hour. We are happy 😀

Went there as part of a work dinner. Had crab croquettes, Caesar salad, Chicken with mash, and chocolate cake.. everything hit the mark, instead for the salad. The private dining room was spacious, comfortably lit, and service was excellent!

It was our first time at Luxe, we were visiting from out of town. Incredible meal and service. New York Steak was perfectly done, whole meal was excellent!
Our next stop Omg our waiter Sean went out of his way to welcome us as we entered the restaurant. I would say he was amazing. As for our order, the drinks were refreshing and the oysters we delicious. If you ever get a chance of visiting the Luxe, ask for Sean, you will not be disappointed. Cheers!🥂🥂

I remember going to Luxe many years ago and having a great meal - one you'd tell your friends about. Last night my cesar salad with chicken was really not good. I had to send it back because I couldn't cut through the chicken, it was overcooked. The server also commented on how someone else sent their chicken back in the same night
The server was super friendly, outgoing but forgot about the app we ordered.
By the end of the night and after a show at the NAC, I was hungry! I had only had lettuce with bacon and cheese.
I had high hopes. I do hope future visits might be better.
