Chose this place while visiting Ottawa for the first time. First of all we sat outside at the patio and waiter took our orders but it was extremely hot and we were with a child so we asked to switch table and sit inside. However, it seemed like the waiter wasn’t happy about it that we got moved to his section. While main course was brought relatively quick, waiter would never stop by the table to ask if everything was ok. After finishing a meal we sat for more than 15 minutes with dirty dishes. Waiter just would walk around checking on other table but us. After that another lady noticed and cleaned up. I wanted to get a scoop of ice cream (which comes with kids meal)… of course it took another 10 minutes to get someone’s attention. After ordering, Waiter just passed by and said yeah your ice cream is coming but never actually brought it… another person ended up bring it and assisted us with a final bill. Very poor experience for 100$ bill and definitely not worth it. I don’t know waiter’s name but his section is just when entering the place to the right. He definitely needs to be provided with some customer service training
