Lyon’s is a fantastic little spot serving up delicious island comfort food with speed and a smile! Located in the downtown core, it’s primarily set up for takeout, but we were lucky to snag one of the 4–5 small tables. Everything is served in takeout boxes with paper plates and plastic cutlery, but don’t let that fool you—the food is incredible. Our meal arrived about 10 minutes after ordering, and every bite was bursting with flavor and perfectly tender. Portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and amount of food. We’ll definitely be back for more!

Stopped by this place because it’s Hawaiian barbecue and I haven’t seen one of these in Canada since I left Los Angeles. The Chicken Katsu was amazing!! it also helped that the gentlemen working were very nice and pleasant to talk to.

the best food, the best crab rangoons, and the best chicken i've ever had! so so tender and flavourful, the portions are generous and it's overall a suer cozy atmosphere. my go to spot every time i visit ottawa.

The food is truly delicious. I had the crispy shrimp and my partner had the burger with egg and spam plus spam musubi. The sauce they give you with the shrimp is honestly divine. And for the price you get a lot of food.

Never been, three of us ordered the Family Selection since we couldn't decide. We got BBQ chicken, chicken katsu, BBQ beef and crispy fried shrimp, plus a chicken gyoza. It came with rice and macaroni salad. We couldn't get over how much food it was! Enough for us all to take home leftovers even though we were stuffed. Everything was delicious and fresh tasting, very clean flavours. We especially loved the BBQ beef, but everything was really good. The macaroni salad with pineapple was a surprise because it sounded awful but we really enjoyed it. The resto is small but charming. We actually wanted to stay and eat there but the a/c was on high and we were cold, so we took it home -- which was great because no license so no beer, which is the perfect accompaniment. Not a high veg meal, although each dish had a bed of steamed cabbage, but it's mainly bbq and fried protein. Very fun and delicious. We'll be back.

Meals come with rice and macaroni salad which has pineapple. Sauces include a hoisin style sauce and a plum style sauce and a,a zing sauce for the shrimp. We also started with spam musubi. Everything was amazing tasted and appearance. It’s served in take out style containers. The total for the family meal was $65. We were four people and the food we received would have easily fed 6-8 people: so we took a lot home. The portions were very generous! Service was prompt efficient and friendly. All in all a super place to grab a tasty great meal with great value. Check it out.
